You have to be very careful not to be fooled by headline rates and understand what you are looking at. It is like the difference between underlying and headline inflation. There is a reason why various organisations are concerned where China is going economically because too many became reliant on them as did Germany and Europe on Russia re energy.

A brief look at the inconsistent dates show this is somewhat organised. I, like many, get a news alert service that is not concerned with page hit numbers. I therefore get a real world view of what is happening.

Let the bots keep loading a narrow, very narrow, selection of publications passing the same story around. It doesn't mean anything, the real world is not altered in any way.
