The company has pandered to that with big reports just a couple of years ago and resentments since. There is a big movement against ESG. POLY therefore, at any moment, could decide to not continue with the ESG policy [increasingly discredited amongst large investors, corporations and in the political sphere]. That might lead to Blackrock selling out it's stock which could have a dramatic effect on the stock and holdings, such as hostile holders.

There was a lot of table thumping when ESG was raised before. Hopefully it resulted in the more sensible people reading up a bit more about and being much more aware of the direct impact it has on POLY and the structure of investors.

The aim was not to break banks but to interfere or even stop the funding of the war. That is having impacts and the post earlier this morning about how exiting companies now have to pay directly to the Russian government shows how it is increasingly difficult for them to fund the war and new methods they are having to find. There is a burgeoning budget deficit and I know all about the spin about shifting payment months and expectations of reducing by half month by month.

Have the board prevaricated? That is easy to demonstrate by the time line.

Have the board delayed? Again, the time line.

A short trawl through the press releases, interviews, RNSs will show that the proposed split is reiterated constantly. The only caveat is that there isn't a warning that is might take years. On the balance of probabilities, I can argue that it is reasonable to assume the split would be expected sooner due to the urgency of the matter as the geopolitical situation worsened and by the actions of many many other companies leaving the country as fast as they could. I can not infer a split could be years away.

I have nothing to answer to. I will stay in the court room though to listen to the case regarding the emails from persons within the company to individuals outside the company containing information people on here claim to be unique and not seen in press releases or RNSs. I'll take a pack lunch.

A minor comment responding to a posting where the consequence of failing to split the company is shown. The comment confirms the failing would lead to negative impacts and that is confirmed. More to be expected.

And look at the anger in the response. MR trying to be a prosecutor and making an absolute fool of himself posting direct mobile numbers and drawing attention to questionable email correspondence which the company, I am very sure, would rather not be subject to FCA attention.

The company failed to split. Just about everybody here has expected it [except me warning it was being opposed] based on everything that has come out of the company.

This has resulted in the very precarious position regarding the actual survival of the company as explicitly stated by your god like CEO himself.

The board and individuals on the board were clear in stating the company intended to split, the company hasn't split and instead a whole series of delays have ensued. The company have never declared the extent of opposition on the board or amongst ii shareholders to the proposed splitting of the company and have instead continued releasing statements and interviews reaffirming a split whist simultaneously failing to undertake any split or even produce a workable plan. This is now over an extended time scale. It therefore looks very much like, on the balance of probabilities, that the true extent of opposition on the board to a split was much greater than has been indicated and time has been wasted following options likely to have no viable conclusion. For example, a note claiming to have come from the company was posted here claiming the company was in negotiations with an institution to hold the GDRs, yet the there are no GDR options. So either the emails posted here are fake or there has been misleading information from somewhere.

I have nothing to answer to in my assessment of the situation based on all official published material. If I missed the statements detailing the extent of opposition to a split in the boardroom, information that would have been critical for people deciding on whether to invest in the company, post it now.

How interesting. No email contact given for the London office. KZ, yes, RS, yes. But not London.

Is that because so many people have been wasting the office time with emails trying to get inside information? Now where would people get the idea that emailing Investor Relations could generate personalised responses?

If there is no email contact, where have people here managed to obtain no public contact details? Why is the company in private correspondence with one set of investors, but excluding contact with others who do not have access to this mysterious email address?

Perhaps everybody should phone the mobile phone directly to ask, "why am I not in the loop and are any of those copy and pasted emails from the company, was there dissemination on chat boards authorised and how have you prevented a change of sublet wording here and there to suite a narrative".

Where did I say you have not "making contact with IR "? I have not said that. I have questioned whether emails claiming to have come from a spokesperson at the company is true, whether they are doctored, and why information in such emails that is claimed to be additional information by people on here is not duplicated in any form of press release. There has never been any demonstration that information posted here, claimed to be from the company, is actually from the company.

Everybody knows it is the CONTENT that can be posted, exactly the same way CONTENT of emails claiming to be from the company has been routinely posted. And isn't the contact email displayed on the web page? So what is the big secret then?

This suddenly sounds very shady. I look forward to the FCA looking into the email exchange between people here, and 'secret' email addresses at the company.

I note you don't post the email. And why not? Full of lies and misdirection designed to dupe the company? I would observe the comments sent back to you very carefully.

Bottom line is, failing to split as proposed early last year has resulted in exposure to a range of negative impacts and there will be more as previously outlined by guru Nesis. For some, the reality of how that is being revealed as opposed to all the fantasy land promises is clearly a significant loss of face and we have seen the response today. Casting truths, truths from the real world, as lies to cover up embarrassment, serves nobody and indeed, can open up the possibility of counter action as the company sues you to stop speaking on their behalf!

I recommend people should get independent financial advice about holding this share based on the public statements made by the company in RNS announcements and press interviews and in presentations that issued explicit warnings of 'fatal' consequences with continued LSE listing. THRICE.

It doesn't matter how successful you are in duping LSE to remove factual posts - the split has not happened, the split has been pushed back repeatedly - the real world warnings have even been stated by your guru Nesis himself giving EXPLICIT warnings about the company's future listing ability on LSE, delisting to arrive before splitting can happen.

You can not pretend this is not happening. This chat has been full of people trying to figure out how to be a shareholder without LSE listing directly because the risk of the delisting has been explicitly stated. Investors have been told since last March the intention was to split, special committee set up to manage it in July, repeated comments in the press that it's coming. Yet there has been share swaps, extended share swaps, false GDR promises, delayed special committee announcements and all sorts of unexpected changes from redoming to KZ, now Abu.

All along people on here have been peddling unlimited lies and crap telling shareholders everything is fine, board to be trusted, divvies to be paid, £15 share price to come.

It is time people realised there is a major organised ramp fest here and the only thing is to get proper independent financial advice.
