All that is happening is that agreements have been set up between specific national banks to facilitate direct transfers of numbers. That system has been expanding and growing ever since the end of WWII and advanced more rapidly since the digitisation of currency exchange has grown. Why doesn't it expand to all banks and all currencies? Money laundering! Transparency! Theft! FX rigging! The new kid, Bitcoin fraud! VAT fraud! Bogus valuation! There's a long list of real world issues that resulted in the systems in place now developing as they have channelled through a limited number of hubs. If China fancies it's and in being a bigger hub, good luck to them. They will have to contend with al the troubles and problems that go with the territory. I can bet ya there will be an obstacle course of regulations imposed by China, identicle to any dollar based transaction to protect China from a bad exchange. And I will also bet China will have a permanent cyber defence team monitoring anything to do with Ruble Yuan direct exchanges - absolutely no trust !!!!!!!!!

When the USA accept whatever replaces this dropped dollar currency for trade between Brazil and USA, then post your breaking news. The world does and always has traded in a huge wide variety of currencies. Reserved currencies are few and far between, and most of them occurred due to the credit crunch.

Lot of null trades being posted. mm seem to be struggling to maintain a realistic trading price with big chunks of shares being shuffled around. This is a hint of the volatility I am looking out for to day trade. Multiply these big trades 100 fold, get the number of trades in to thousands and a spread less than 1% and, if I get in on the right side of the curve, I could be banking big gains. I let a 50% gain slip in January getting out at breakeven. If the volatility happens, I will aim to at least realise that 50% over a few trades in/out.

And are you going to tell us what this has to do with POLY, or just complain to admin about certain other people being 'off topic'. And what's more, non-dollar fuel trades have been going on for years. What is the big news here?

The solution is remarkably simple. Russia stops murdering little children in Ukraine, stops all firing of its weapons and goes back to the recognized borders. There is only one single reason Ukraine ate shooting back and it is 100% in the hands of the Russians to stop the whole thing.

All looks like people with large holdings getting their money out of accounts to get off LSE altogether ready for a delisting.
