Are you sure? 75%? That 75% threshold is for the split vote and has been stated explicitly previously, but not the redom 30th May vote.
There is no announced threshold in any part of the RNSs for the redom and associated motions. It implies, by such an omission, that an ordinary 50% is the threshold as would be normal in any majority ballot.
The 75% vote to split the company was conspicuous by the explicit statement.
Again, we have a situation where somebody is claiming to have special private information from within the company that is not in the public domain. Ether they are lying about their inside information or a supplementary letter to the FCA furnishing additional evidence of insider dealing will be required.
