A very high risk strategy not taking my advice to seek independent financial advise with a company redoming to Kazakhstan, delisting from LSE, with growing debt, shrinking income, majority of the assets in Russia with all the potential internal and external strife to come.

There is something decidedly dodgy about people turning up here to get clarification of THEIR brokers terms and conditions with the myriad of possible permutations being cited which are often contradictory, out of date and unsubstantiated (yet to see a link to T & C page for any of this - and such pages are not behind firewalls normally).

These are bogus questions designed to provide a platform for bogus answers to appear credible and stop a cascade sell off by those still with sell abilities.

Singapore is great, if you have the wealth. The mark of te civilisation is KFC, and Singapore has KFC. Like all impressive modern clean places, after first impressions and regressing into a 'commute', these places tend to look and operate like just about everywhere else, Monaco, Vegas, London, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai... They only remain interesting and impressive if you have the wealth to enjoy the facilities and live in the diplomatic enclave. All places have a seedy side and dodgy areas and a fair share of dodgy locals.

Food banks these days are an overt political stunt, just like the sudden rise in street people [in London] in the mid 90s. The beggars who turned out to be pocketing £500 a day in central London, one used a hire car to commute in. Things are not quite what they seem.

Yup, political BS at its most banal. As most do on here, it is not any politics or references to the war that is the problem, it is the posting of truths over what a mess the Russians created out of thin air, how the Russians keep the mess going despite ever increasing resistance against them and the posting of other information showing the great new world order is a sham with no foundation as China itself continues to issue dollar bonds.

Some people may have a wish list to 'beat' the west at just for the sake of scoring a few points out of bitter envy, Russia had everything offered to it and turned its back on the world. There is no new world order. Russia is a sad lonely isolated terrorist state now and has a very, very bleak future ahead of it. Russia will have confined itself to the history books within a generation and will be no more.

Looks like Russian clowns who prepared the explosives on the dam back in October last year over did it a bit. Only a small part, the power generation part was supposed to be damaged and/or enough of the surface road to make it impassable and difficult to repair.

It is a Soviet era construction and was probably rushed to finish, cutting corners being a Soviet show piece. It was therefore not as structurally sound as the demolition soldiers presumed. Also they had set the charges on the only access tunnels available which were deeper than needed to knock out the surface road rather than digging just under the road. That much is known from the intelligence publicly quoted about how the dam ad been prepped and the threats that Russia could destroy the dam.

Once the dam was breached, the flow of water simply eroded away the main dam structure. Flowing water is very powerful and the demolition engineers got this completely wrong. Turns out large amounts of Russian troops and kit were washed away with the fortifications.

The idea that shelling the dam caused a breach is absolutely laughable. You would have to hit the same spot hundreds of times over and over to merely scour out a hole which would still not cause a breach. Dams are tens of meters thick, of concrete. Shells will barley marked the facing concrete or earth layer.

The only way to blow a dam like that is internally or deep underwater on the upstream side with some very big explosives. And as the dam busters raid in WWII showed, that is not guaranteed. Where the dams were breached, it was only in the upper third weakest sections.

This was a monumental howler again from the Russian clowns. This actually is a huge help to Ukraine as Crimea is not significantly weakened with its water supply GONE!

The Russian propaganda machine is in fantasy land and the breaching of the dam is one of the biggest false flag predictions to date - the goal to disable the nuclear power plant to deprive Ukraine of a key power source after the Russian forces have been expelled.

There are mass Russian surrenders occurring all over the frontline - one reported at 25,000 in one go. As I said would happen, in many areas Ukraine will simply walk in to take back territory without a shot being fired. The Russian's surrendering are trying to move west and trying to seek some sort of asylum. There is a major collapse underway in some key areas of contact, there have been massive losses of Russian tanks and men over the last couple of weeks in the spring offensive, the private Russian militias are now in open conflict between each other for looting grounds. The soft start to the spring offensive together with the Partisans inside Russia is being reported in the diplomatic chatter as having a hugely disproportionate effect, and the main assaults haven't even begun. It is a total humiliation and where Russians try to resist, it's a wipe out with no survivors. The reports coming in are extraordinary. Russians are fighting like some third world pea shooter army or just simply dropping everything and running to surrender. What utter humiliation.
