Closed above 47p and 0.44% up on the day. The steady upward trend continues.

There was another doom monger on here yesterday after the close, commenting on 3.2M worth of trades after the bell.

Well the SP was fine and dandy today after that and I would fully expect it to be fine and dandy again tomorrow.

In all likelihood, they are buys given the overall direction of the SP.

Just for the record your last trade on here was to BUY at about 47p and then SELL at 45.3p.

Since then it's been very quiet and it lead one to assume you must have missed out on the sudden rise in the SP.

I see that "live" posting as you made the trade didn't work out ,so it's back to declaring trades days after the event.

Anybody can do that.

It's all been covered here before but just for you here goes.....

Cryatal Amber were awarded 23M odd warrants (20p) as a sweetener to agree the $50M Kerogen equity raise back in 2016.

It was this $50M that paid for the hugely successful 3 well drilling campaign that put HUR on the map.

Kerogen were also entitled to apply for a set number on new shares (I won't bother your brain with the formulae for that one this early in the morning) at the point that CA exercised these warrants, which they did in May.

Kerogen then sold those 6.5M shares. They currently hold 428M o 21.53% of shares and up to then had never sold a single one. They had to pay 20p a share so, I'm sure selling them straight away had a lot to do with meeting that requirement and I think the remaining profit was put towards the Kerogen Xmas Party (a joke).

Kerogen did not need to issue a TR-1, as they had not sold over 1% of their holding but did need to issue an RNS as Roy Kelly is a NED at HUR and also a Kerogen employee. Read the RNS for clarification.

With GLA and GWA (with Lincoln and Warwick one field) you already have two "supergiants".

I think you will find that it is almost certain that GLA and GWA are separated by the Brynhild fault.

This is certainly the unequivocal view of RT, as I've asked him about it at the 2017 AGM.

It is probably better for future development and FO arrangements that this is indeed the case.

You are incorrect on a number of points.

Kerogen sold 6.5M shares they received as a result go the CA warrant arrangement with HUR.

Roy Kelly is a non-exec director of HUR but he didn't personally own those shares nor sell them.

You need to read that RNS properly (attached link).

Those shares were disposed of last Thursday and Friday anyway, so have played no part in any movement of the SP today.

I assume the "fall" you are referring to is the quick retrace from the 57p.

Not so fast, I think I am in the early 60’s too.

However, it was a long time ago, so maybe my memory has let me down and it was a quid.

COP on FOIL RNS day in the 60p range looks quite possible but who knows.

SP consolidating nicely on good volume (14M today so far) after a huge spike.

Normally would have dropped back by now, so who knows, maybe some of the big boys have decided to get involved.

Time will tell but it looks pretty positive from where I’m standing.

Never normally discuss the SP so hopefully this won’t put the kibosh on it.
