The only reason the BOD has given for not doing a buy back is to have the cash to hand, in case an opportunity to buy another company comes along. The $100M in write downs on the past 5 purchases pretty much puts that excuse to bed. Criminal if they don't get on with it.

To add to your excellent post. Not only is the SP at bottom but 95% of our cash is stateside and at $1.42 it makes even more sense to bring some over. ($1.55/60 has been the recent range). It adds another 10% to the equation. Why can't they just do the right thing for once?

I was going to write a rather detailed post but I went to the pub instead. That said, a few thoughts. Bm blog on the CMO link made better reading than the TU. Strange timing to post on the same day. Cash has stayed level, maybe even a tad higher over the past 6 months. Not to put in place a token share buy back with $/£ 1.41 and a 18p SP is a big miss. We have just added $75 M in new business in what has been described as a start up year. Hard to imagine doing anything less in a year when the whole engine is built and working from day one. i.e.April onwards. Results and AGM brought forward. Company keen to say something positive?

Rather disappointed they didn't make another purchase just to really spoil my day!

H2, I think that link is a bit old as we closed Allgame a few months after the purchase. However worth having a look at the four sites left as they look pretty decent to me. Sidereel listed as a division of 1R so our name change can't come soon enough. Someone mentioned that we paid the last $5M on the deal so for once it looks as though we have bought something that might be worth the purchase price! If thats the case then you might look at our valuation and think that the $80M cash and $20M Allmedia asset pretty much values all of 1R and it's soon to be $200m T/O at approx $15M! (if we get brexit we get parity with the $ and even more of a win) Looking at the volume not many people do.

I went short after one of the seed capital boys cashed out £100M. Closed it to early and have been in and out ever since. Initially it was down to that, the PE being close to 100, crap profits etc. The £100m purchase of a few mexican takeaways that will add £4M to profits 2 years out was another classic. I live near Exeter and have done my own limited research. If i want a two for one curry at £9 Just Eat is your man. Lots have signed up but few will sign again, and there are only a few left to go for. Anyone decent has just gone live with Deliveroo. This is not a Rightmove. My view is this company is not worth anywhere near it's market cap and the higher the SP goes the better the short. Good luck.

Deutsche might be buying but the CEO and FD have just dumped almost their entire holdings. On a PE of 100 and no barriers to entry this is one of the best shorts in the market.

Disappointing is an understatement. Yet again what are 1R playing at if they can't get themselves in the top 20 of platforms when it flags up anti fraud!? Looking forward to the excuses but to me it just looks like another big fail by Blinkx.

Looks like a good appointment, along with the Bloomberg guy. As we have said before, they must see something worthwhile in 1R and it's future otherwise why join? Not for the pay I'm sure.

If the other three are coming in above expectations you would hope there would be a read across to 1R. After all we are the ones who are leaping up the rankings whilst RF drops like a lead balloon and Criteo stands still. If anyone is interested there is not a lot of stock on offer at the moment.
