Rhythmone don't have any debt to service so a bit of a stretch for the bank to pull the plug?

Ebitda works for all the other highly rated shares as far as I can see.

Take my old favourite The Trade Desk. They did $120M Ebitda and are valued at over $6B and can do no wrong.

If we hit our $56M Ebitda for the year to March 19, will investors fall in love with us and drive us up to a $3B valuation?

That would give us a SP of £30 a share.

Over 20 new adverts have gone up on the gallery page since the 1st September.

Some pretty decent names and brands.

Anyone noticed the matched trades on OTC/LSE. Started about 10 days ago but looks like a decent position being added.

The market even gives Tap twice the market cap than us. $20M EBITDA first half which is pretty much where we will be.

Lets hope we see where yesterdays 1.25% went.

Almost 5 months gone of the first half and still stuck in the summer doldrums.

Considering our results for the first half will be more than the whole of last year you might expect a bit on interest come September!

You might also be interested to know the Perk website has finally been updated.

As footy has pointed out, lots of pages on our website have been updated/refreshed recently alongside some new products appearing. The gallery page has a host of new ads. First change in over a year. Let's hope the new management is having an effect top down. You never know they might even have a plan for september when everyone is back at their desks!

The recent advanced TV guarantee product release talks about comscore backing up our numbers going forward.
I asked about our comscore listing 3/4 months ago when Radiumone appeared rather than Rhythmone and then disappeared all together. As far as I could understand we had about 4 or 5 different agreements with comscore via Rad one , Yume, Rhythone one etc. All costing money but not giving any real return or benefit.
The plan was to cancel everything and then get a much better deal on a single Rhythmone combined product.

Perhaps the above will have us back in the comscore charts next time .

Valued at $4 a share Oct 17, then taken all the way down to $1.5 in March this year and back to $4 now. Only 4 months to recover. All on the back of rubbish results last Oct but now the market believes back on track.

A read across to us would be a recovery to £5 a share between our half year numbers (TU or actual results?) coming out and the full year numbers. As the market actually sees how cheap the valuation is. Even then a cheap share.

Always interesting to see how other companies are valued when trying to work out wtf is going on here.

If the investor community/market fell in love with us over the next few years could we see such a valuation?

The same rating would give us £24 a share.

Sounds about right. Without a doubt,the company is in a much better position than it was at £4.90 last year but now valued at less than half that. You have to hope not for much longer.

On a more positive note our deals with Sony, Panasonic and LG sound interesting. Old Yume deals or something new?

Is that the end of rad one payments? The deal was done at approx 53cents for a fixed amount. I assume there is a gain on that last payment?

Good to see the new leadership expanding. 3 well deserved promotions. No wonder the company feels it has its mo jo back. If jorg can carry on getting the deals like his sony pitch then we are onto a blinder.

As they go from 4 accountancy packages to just one you would hope they can cut some overpaid staff. As for your fee crap, last time i looked our cpm rate was about $4, up from $2. Looks to me as though companies are happy to pay for a decent product. Unfortunatly for rubicon they dont have it.

A couple of the chaps at the AGM had met STT a few years back when he was indeed a holder.

He lost a packet and has never recovered, hence his constant stream of bile and ill feeling towards anyone and everything connected to the company. He is borderline spectrum. Unfortunately not like Dustin hoffman's rain man character, more a vile, twisted joker incarnate. Proven by his delight in hammering a couple of people who had lost 90% of their wealth a few weeks back on one of those biotech fails. Basically a complete c@nt!

very interesting and well attended meeting. Mark comes across as a top player. compared to the waffling of Brian and the silence from Ted, a nice change. he has a game plan to implement and is even more enthusiastic now he's finished his 6 week journey than at the c.c. so many positives came out of that room I don't even know where to start.

I hope my earlier posts calmed pre match nerves! fook me. even I'm getting excited about the potential here.
