Not sure if anyone has read all 3 notes (and now the annual report)but it does put to bed this revenue argument.
'As expected we lower our revenue estimates (from $487m to $425m) as the group focuses on profitable revenues and we maintain EBITDA at $57.8M' The group indicates scope for further cost savings for 2020. Numis.
'They are happily shedding some lower margin revenue which means that revenues will be lower but importantly gross margins will be higher, as video increases as well as private marketplaces' Whitman Howard.
'We expect the market to respond VERY POSITIVLEY to this update and the maintained guidance' N+1 Singer
Who gives a flying **** about shit revenues if they add nothing to the bottom line. (remember Prime, $25M revs and losing $3m a year. Thank god it went)
Margin going up to 42/43% and cap ex coming down by 20% if you read the intent.
We have already been told this qtr is going well so roll on the AGM.
Mark can hardly say anything that is going to cast a negative light on Eric.
I might buy some more.
