It's only an assumption but for me that gives the impression that the 5g Innovation fund (which only has one investment) is not in it for a quick turn and is well known to the company. Usually these types of finance deals (by the likes of Yorkville et al) are horrible arrangements that crush the SP with a never ending overhang, but this has all sorts of clauses of a minimum SP and options to increase etc. Just a guess, but this is nothing like a dreaded death spiral finance deal

Thanks TL it's good to hear you're in touch with people in their circle. I hope they are as impressed as I am with how the company is doing .. a small Israeli tech outfit on the verge of being deployed in multiple 5g rollouts with tier 1 firms and being selected over mega cap rivals. It's clear the team are working tirelessly and it's now paying off - I would expect there to be an LTIP or other incentive package announced for the senior and long standing employees to benefit from the success. Certainly the decision for the NEDs to be paid in shares was a sensible one.. Time for a large glass of wine for me. I imagine dallo has already had a few!

I know what you mean about the SP longy but they've clearly validated to existing shareholders that they are firmly in the mix on every continent and that their offering is better than the competition. That's good enough for me and the valuation will surely follow, I'd be very surprised if warrant holders don't have the opportunity to exercise before the end of the month

Well it also makes it clearer to me that each time an issue arises (such as the logistical constraints of connecting so many towers) there is an Ethernity solution waiting to solve it. They've had this stuff lined up for years, just found this .. from 2008!

Yes VSA did an 'Initiation of Coverage' in September, 38 pages of it.. presumably part of their obligations when they were given the joint broker mandate. It was available everywhere at the time but it seems like you have to register on the website now in order to see it.
