I was surprised it spiked up so high to be honest, I think that was off the back of the intra-day news and lots of twitter traders piling in. Ultimately this is good news as it shows that NDD works, but it's just a patent filing.

Yep you don't have to have residence in the US to register a Delaware LLC so that's a good point. Also -
