Tern is more IoT based, whereas RDT is data analytics software and 'big data'. RAPid is cloud based, but I think there's a definite distinction between what each company does.

I agree with you here - 15% is pretty atrocious even for a lowly MM stock. If Invesco are still trying to offload some of their holding it's an odd way to go about generating volume. Mind you the last TR-1 from them was about 6 weeks ago so maybe they've decided to stay put..

Nope - it was mentioned here under the posts "wow" and also over on ADV. The 1 month performance of RDT is pretty impressive .. seems to have gone unnoticed by many.

I'm not sure how you can be certain that is the same person, but I agree if it was it's a nice little in-out for a healthy return. 100k shares is a pretty easy block to trade and I imagine most PIs would see that as a nice round number to buy, so it could quite easily have been one of the many hundreds of investors who have bought shares in N4.

As for "pro-traders", that's a nice way of putting it - makes a change from "mug-punters" or variations thereof. Certainly not me though - I have to give my compliance dept 24 hours notice before I execute so until this steadies above my target I'm here for the ride..

Nothing too spectacular there, but some decent progress and a good outlook. Hopefully new CEO can now buy some shares if the closed period is over..

I don't understand that post - are you trying to imply there is news due or was it actually a question? As far as I am aware the only scheduled news in the full trial result at the end of August..or did I just not pick up on a ramp correctly?

I must say, considering this has cratered from the mid-20's there are some very excitable posts about a gain of a mere 5%.. If this goes back above 10p soon (which I sincerely hope it will) I fear they might be some adult diapers required.

Even if he was on old ONZ shareholder I still don't get why he wasn't listed on the N4P website page of substantial shareholder though? He must have either a very large pool of liquid assets with which to invest or a massive appetite for risk, because by any estimation he is taking a bath on his latest chunk of shares.

Not being glib but what is the significance of that mazik? The facts have changed from a year ago surely - this represents a greater risk to your capital now that one of the main reasons to invest could potentially be several months away (if at all..?) from going to market?

Not sure what David Farrier's average price is, but I would imagine it's not a particularly comfortable ride for him at the moment. Granted, things can change quickly in small cap pharma stocks but there's a lot hanging on Nuvec at the moment..

Well now you mention it .. while I was talking to David yesterday after the AGM another chap came over and joined the conversation. He was more knowledgeable than me and asked some more technical questions about the power usage of their boards etc - he then also told David that their PR was crap and that they needed to sort out their communications with investors / the overall market. Turns out the guy was actually a fund manager (I won't disclose his name) so hopefully it will have been a bit of a nudge in the right direction for Mr Levi.

Seems to explain the SP drift, those numbers aren't too exciting.. will re-read later but I thought they'd be producing more by now.

Just back from AGM - only a very small handful of attendees. I had a good 15 minutes one on one with David, he was very open and went through some of the kit they are currently testing in the lab. It's highlyl complex stuff and not my area of expertise at all so my questioning of him probably wasn't the most revealing. However, he did state they are working with some big tier one accounts in Asia on product design etc, but that it is a very slow process due to the size of the organisations. September seems to be a key month - they will have some new products ready and potentially some contract news.
