Woogie...look, just read this sentence..maybe even read it twice. "Tell people what they want to hear and you can be wrong indefinitely without penalty." What is the point of a discussion board if all it contains is a stream of unflinchingly positive comments about a company. Aren't the rampers of this share feeling any remorse at all or reflecting that they could have been a touch optimistic?! I have no individual issue with anyone but I do feel that people who ramp up a share get off very lightly indeed. I get called a deramper simply because I think it's a pretty low probably event that Nuvec will be the industry standard. Maybe I need to ask less questions and just get on the ramping train..

...and before i get accused of being a deramper, this is not to say that N4 can't make money out of nuvec. The great investor charlie munger always tells people to "invert, always invert" . This basically means turn problems upside down and work backwards. It's a good rationale for avoiding hype because it makes you think about the endgame. i.e is it probable that a small pharma company with a patent from a university in australia has discovered a new multi-billion industry standard vaccine? I would say it has quite a low possibility, but that doesn't mean the product doesn't work of that they can't monetise it..

Dude, I said before you're too emotionally involved here and I stand by that. There's a world of difference between "positioning" something as an industry standard and some of the hyped up comments on chat boards. I assume you are aware how difficult it is to change an industry standard of anything? In most cases it is a herculean task that takes years of effort and is never just a case of 'Oh ok we'll just switch to this new thing then'. Even if the benefits are clear to everyone, getting an industry as large as this to make such a change is quite a low probability event.

It's no wonder you have been so thoroughly vilified on the adv thread with an attitude like yours. I was talking about that particular brand of over-hyped posts as looking a bit overdone considering the current situation. As chartist pointed out that some posts on there were quite helpful I thought I'd have a look - your last post said you were very busy all day at the moment. The analyst at that tipsheet is probably feeling fairly pleased with himself now as that was a very good interpretation of the situation at the time! Pettycash will point out the hindsight bias but there was a lot of "AstraZeneca would be stupid not to do a deal with N4" and "Nuvec is going to be the industry standard!" brand of posting. This is a game of incomplete information and not everybody seems to understand that.

So why does it matter then! If you don't think it has any impact just wait out the dip. From what I've seen you post you might a bit too emotionally invested in N4. People who sell are labelled traders and anyone with something a bit negative to say is trashing the share to get in cheaper. Why can't they just be people who sold out because they didn't like their investment here any more! Penny shares are a punt and too many of them end up a money trap. I should know I'm stuck in at least two!

Bank holiday twaddle. 2 posters on a random share board don't have the capacity to drive down a price. The reason this is 8p is because of a dodgy RNS and no other positive news to turn it around. Potential does not keep a share price afloat!

Strange how these buys come out the woodwork when it drops under 30p. I'm losing enthusiasm for even checking this price any more to be honest - by the end of next week it'll be September which is crucial in my mind. If they;ve not got some pen to paper in terms of sales by the end of Q3 i'm going to have to bail.

Well one benefit of this drop is that it has confirmed my suspicion that technical analysis on a penny share is probably a load of b***ocks..

To whoever is programming the chatbots - well done so far. They know that when there's bad news the price goes down and when there's good news the price goes up.. Maybe start to reduce the repetition and give them the ability to answer questions and it will be even more realistic :)

it was more that if you've suggested info leakage for the initial trial then it can work both ways (i.e people selling their stake if the results are iffy rather than building one)
