Regarding Nuvec, I seem to recall there was some kind of 3 month window for Japanese pharma companies to assess the product and then possibly go into partnership with N4? This window seems to have passed a little while ago but there have been no rumblings of collaborations with Japanese companies.

Seeing as MaxH seems to have a supporter, I will put my support behind Pettycash - well said sir. I think MaxH has only been posting on N4 since Monday so it's pretty bloody obvious to me he's bought a few shares and is trying to punt it higher. There have been too many blinkered posters on here (hugh take a bow) that have been blindsided by this and now all of a sudden it's Nuvec that is the saviour. This is a serious knock to N4 and will make people far more cautious, therefore hampering future gains.

Why should it ring alarm bells? She's a NED not the CEO - she is there solely for her contacts and to provide a bit of outside perspective.

So a small sell of 3k shares moves the bid down, but a buy of 30k shares doesn't move it back up again .. get the feeling the offer might be fairly well loaded..

Looks like quite a bit of work to do before we get some shares back in our accounts. They've got to amend the contract and produce the prospectus and then relist - "which is expected to take place in the next two months."

No, not the news we wanted, but let's hope the more detailed analysis of the results means that there is something to salvage here. If they think the formulation is 'tweakable' to get it closer to the patent application then it's just a delay and not a complete dead duck.

Well I certainly hope so. I'm hurting today as have had the majority of my profits wiped out on N4P, so I'd be very grateful if Ethernity would help me out!

Interesting that it's a bilateral loan and they are listing them. I guess they just sell them into the secondary market rather than doing a syndicate or holding them on their books?

8% margin, not bad for a bilateral loan from a non-bank provider.

Starting to get interesting here - more importantly the news focus is quickly shifting away from any accusations about his behaviour and onto the important matter of business. Hopefully will be relisted soon - I'm looking forward to seeing how much my old Derriston shares are worth now!

I think they were suspended for exactly the same reason last year. It really is a car crash that entire organisation - terrible management in a questionable jurisdiction with a potentially huge lithium resource. Their shares have come crashing back down today, probably a combination of the suspension news and that it's just dawning on punters who they have gone into business with..

It looks like it's all easily deniable - any stories of a little trip to sheppies market have no evidence behind them and from the sounds of this story it could be a disgruntled ex-employee stirring it up. It also seems he was using his expense account for some extravagant trips - who cares?? He's the best CEO in the market and none of his clients are going to be concerned about this.

As soon as more details get released about S4 this will all be forgotten and we can all move onto how he he is going to build the new empire.

Yes at least there's that.. I work in canary wharf so only a couple of stops on the tube. I'll see how my diary is on the day but I'm quite keen to attend.
