I am just stating there are so many imponderables , we are all guessing different scenarios.

1. Was it planned by AM with Anavio? Was he moved to Copla or chose to move? We don't actually know? At the end of the day if he was to buy back the company it would be the clearest flag of insider trading. After all wasn't it supposedly for AM to concentrate on getting the JV over the line? If the oil was ever to come out of this sq mileage it will confirm that it was illegally stolen as the money was there and the oil already to pump. I've lost a load here Stas, I want justice as much as the next person.

1. Did the Ryder Scot not prove up the resource as AM hoped?

2. Did that lead to a cover up, as the banks hadn't financed it?

3. However, we were pumping enough oil before the new pipes to suggest not.

4. So why was GGS fitted and on time if not going to benefit output?

5. Why didn't they inject the gas having prepared for it?

6. Who was pulling all the strings?

7. Why was AM moved to Copla, was that in readiness for something further down the line?

8. What happened to his aim of 1000:1 share consolidation? Sounds good now!!

9. So how did he get squeezed out of his role, he lost control of his own company, bizarre?

10. Remember the state of Wyoming presentation that bode well for Copl was it all lies?- Where is his daughter now?

There's a difference in painting a rosey picture and telling a pack of lies. But you have been proven right it seems. If it is as it seems.

Their job is to update the market and shareholders. What they did was to tell a pack of lies, even you can read them RNS and see the mistruths and lies that are in black and white. What about the SL have you notified them that they should have known better?

In retrospect Sham you are right, the death spiral finance was the clue. Why did no bank finance Copl? Similarly Ryder Scot report was another red flag, when AM didn't publish it. However, being a half glass full guy, personally I thought the RNS communications were always positive and felt when the JV talks and LOI were signed it seemed that all would be well, especially as these had been conducted for a long time - a year+?

So it seemed to be coming together. Then September RNS about gas injection was the seal that would see a vast improvement in the companies (and mine) fortunes.

So suckered in by the channels one should trust. So gutted as lost a lot ( too much) of money. Retired and no way back, so thanks for making me even more worthless!!

At this early stage it must be the present BOD that we concentrate on to surely try and save the present situation. If, that is successful I'm sure the net will widen as they follow the trail. Let's hope they all get their comeuppance.

I would also add if this blows up - not reference to petard - in to a news worthy story, I wonder how many other companies directors might feel uncomfortable? As there are a few, I'm sure, who have sailed close to the wind. Also the Tory govt. who encouraged the ordinary man in the street to invest under Thatcher, when she sold the crown jewels, should also hang their head in shame for lack of governance in the stock market.
