Karl- feel free to add more and push the price up!!
As your master has spoiled any speculative interests which may generate while pens are poised.
Alternatively, you may prefer to wait and see if it does test 1.6p bottom.
Its exciting to see the Gold is rising in the interim for sure :)
What did the story of goody bags achieved apart from torturing SP to 2p??
Did they find anyone to finance a 100% project with great potential of Pepas at 2p??
It's not sombre...it's the fact no one will visit Omi booth while these jokers are leading the company.
I'm amused some people are still trying to find some positive out of the zero credibility jokers.
Leaders like Gervaise/ Callum transformed an explorer company from 5m to 1.5bil despite of all challenges.
Here we've opposite team.
BoD sounded so desperate and concerned that they may not be able to raise cash...and they were right.
Which company in their right mind will join hands with these lot?
Any players in the market knows what spectacular results in number of drill results we had since 2017.
Now that majors are poised to walk out...
And the goody bag didn't attracted any partners despite of they reduced SP to gutter low....what another drill at Pepas going to make any difference?
But, hey they can continue to play like this for another year...
Impy- They did the raise knowing no one will partner with them with their track record, and they will have to drill something to prove before it's too late...
Goody bag didn't sell as expected.
So, it was desperate measures at our expense.
And I won't be surprised if they do it again at cheap.
Karl- thank you for your input.
Sombre or no sombre who will give a penny to this jokers with their reputation in the market?
Yes, it's possible to see they may start drilling the Pepas,
and first drill results were spectacular....however, unlikely it maybe I won't rule out these BoD to make another sneaky placement at 1.5p.
Remember, we are in here to gamble??
Break- There is no restriction for this placement holders (which I suspect is an insti or group, and not individuals) with blackout windows.
Warrants is certainly some carrot/ incentive for them which BoD are banking onto generate further Β£700k in two years.
The only restrictions this placement holders have is the discounted shares cannot be converted or traded at TSXv.
Broker got the fee (6% of transaction, Β£30k) and 10% warrants to exercise by Feb'29. New shares are sold to private buyers (which I doubt, it maybe just an insti) at the discounted price, which they can trade in the secondary market just like any other shares. They're not restricted in anyway, except that they can't be converted from AIM to TSXv.
I'm sure Β£10k buyer won't admit it....should it get pear shaped in coming weeks.
Cost averaging is risky but only way to get out of here...
So well done whoever has done it, I've been working on the same strategy for long....the same strategy also helped me to make a few bucks at GGP.
