So Kat you are stating that the RNS in December was a lie.

Because it stated clearly that in the arbitration meeting an agreement had been made and the RNS confirmed the quantum of that agreement.

If you think they have deliberately lied you and Chaebol should skip hand in hand to the FCA.

1m dollars in cash for Semnet I think Kat, plus 58m shares from Treasury.

So not exactly a fortune for a going concern IT business that is recruiting new staff.

The purpose of arbitration is to mediate to find a middle ground.

The two former directors have now welched on arbitration.

Legal recourse is about taking the gloves off and going for the maximum.

Yes it will take longer and the IPO won't happen until it is resolved.

I'd guess if or when it gets to court the arbitration walk away will play very badly for the former directors.
