I think Hainan have already made a buy out offer but it's nowhere near acceptable to Bernard.

I'm not convinced they will ever arrive a mid point acceptable to both.

Kmuk is a single purpose vehicle Nettles.

All of the companies that hold licenses outside of Bougouni are subsidiaries of Kodal Mining PLC.

Bernard has already alluded to the risk of being a one trick pony, which is why I think we will see some form of diversification this year

Fwiw I think Hainan have already made a tentative approach to buy us out but it's nowhere near what Bernard would accept

And remember it is Kodal who have all the government contacts in Mali not Hainan

Nettles I'm struggling to see the comparison between solg and Kod.

The capex for Solgold was over £1bn.

They could never have raised that

Forget hainans holding in plc, if hainan buyout kodal from kmuk then plc will have to disburse the cash meaning hainan will get their plc investment returned.

Incorrect Bloggs, there is no rule that states this.

If it happened, Kodal could keep some/all of the money for future investments, if Hainan adopted an aggressive strategy
