If they don't do thaty they will have to inform the market as it is price sensitive information.

So until we know any different, we can assume the application process is ongoing. I very much doubt it will be a case of returning to first principles, merely a case of addressing any unanswered concerns.

The potential for a placing was announced yesterday, at which point support was still being sought from II's per the RNS.

MMs in their wisdom dropped the sp below the proposed placing price yesterday, so no way was it going to stay at 20p.

The real discount is to the closing price yesterday not to the announced but not agreed price. Which is 5%

Strange Hexam still not commented on any of the negative nonsense posted today.
