The Logik case was Rns'd when it was settled. As others have posted £108k seems an inordinate sum of money to be claiming.

The Sp went up massively after EUA came out of suspension, despite thousands of posts from trolls saying it was the end of EUA and it would never come out of suspension.

The Queeld case is the only one outstanding, there isn't a mass of other stuff as you keep implying. DS is still listed on the website as a key member of management so it's unlikely he has no interest as you imply

So there is no benefit in the litigator seeking UK remedy as there are no UK assets. So they are either wasting their time or focussed on a settlement with EUA. Which do you think it is Toffers.
