Toffers you are assuming based on blurb on Gowlings website that the bill is undisputed. EUA say it is disputed. I know which is more likely. You then state EUA have had weeks to respond but then state that the WUP petition was issued on the 25th October, which is only a week before EUA issued their RNS.

You further state that EUA may be insolvent. The bill is £108k yet at the half year EUA had £1.5m in US treasury bonds. So what are you basing your claim of insolvency on?
