AA I'm sure are still in the picture, however the development capex has now dropped so significantly that the kind of relationship agreed with AA is no longer the best way forward

Yes it's amazing as every time we get a bit of momentum and hit double figures, a sudden raft of sells appear, the spread widens and back down we go

At which point the sells miraculously dry up.

Surely if there was a big seller, it would be in their interests to let it keep rising before selling.

Therefore seems more likely it is being kept in a range although I've not got a clue why
