I'm not sure how the Lord can continue as a NED when he has an executive role. NED 's are supposed to stand outside the day to day running of the business.

I guess there may be a slight nuance between NED and independent director but it does seem a little strange.

ONS data on the other hand relates to the UK which is BOO's biggest market and reports specifically on the online sector.
