It will be interesting to see if at some point he doesn't become more activist. I'm actually surprised he has been so quiet here and at ASOS.

I don't think he is in a position to exercise any form of control here at the moment, other than potentially getting a seat on the board, as the stakes controlled by him and the BoD are virtually identical.

I can't see any way he would let it go into admin as he should have learned the hard way that he gains no advantage.

I still think his involvement is largely around Debenhams. Although it is plain stupid, as the fall guy suggests, that the rest of the business has no value.

I don't think outright ownership will happen but I hope a partial spin off does as this would unlock some of the value in the overall Boo group business

Hexam, I'm intrigued how this scenario plays out. MA is presumably the biggest shareholder who loses out. He would surely have learned from Debenhams first time around that having a shareholding is of no relevance in an admin scenario?

I think in this scenario it is possible to read finalisation as completion.

What worries me slightly more is that the presentation talks about the mining license being lodged. The RNS of 24th April said it had been approved. I don't know if this is my lack of understanding, a corporate error or they have had to resubmit the license to include the JV partner. They also talk about moving away from immediate development towards exploration. Now this could once again be due to the JV taking on construction and wanting to create a bigger initial mine but it could also be can kicking.

Buenavista I think you have got the wrong end of the stick about cohort seven. Per RNS

Cohort 7 was the final cohort in the three-weekly study and even at this dose level (385 mg/m2), which is approximately 3.5x the equivalent standard dose of doxorubicin, dose-limiting toxicities were not observed and the Safety Data Monitoring Committee ("SMDC") has concluded that this dose level is safe. A number of patients remain on the three-weekly study at this time in several different cohorts.
