Thanks Hexam, so shareholders don't lose everything as you suggested?
It will be interesting to see if at some point he doesn't become more activist. I'm actually surprised he has been so quiet here and at ASOS.
I don't think he is in a position to exercise any form of control here at the moment, other than potentially getting a seat on the board, as the stakes controlled by him and the BoD are virtually identical.
I can't see any way he would let it go into admin as he should have learned the hard way that he gains no advantage.
I still think his involvement is largely around Debenhams. Although it is plain stupid, as the fall guy suggests, that the rest of the business has no value.
I don't think outright ownership will happen but I hope a partial spin off does as this would unlock some of the value in the overall Boo group business
