The property was up for sale last year as well, when they had just signed the new RCF, so in what way does it add up Spidey

Simon it is perfectly acceptable for investigative journalists to look into any company, including this one.

What I find less acceptable is a rehash of ancient half truths and some downright lies and then an actual confirmation at the very end of the article that payments are being withheld from 10 suppliers out of more than 500.

So it is hardly a massive stand off as the article headline stated.

Perhaps you could point to one piece of actual investigation in the article that was newsworthy?

Or maybe you could explain who these mysterious people that the Kamanis are entwined with are?

It's strange that people will invest so much of their time, which is far more valuable, but none of their money.

You can only reasonably assume they don't have any, so time is their only commodity. In which case it is a shame to waste it in such a negative way.

There are lots of different views on investing, however all of them involve making an investment. Zero investment means zero chance of making money. It seems strange that anybody can fail to grasp that concept.

So I can't see any way they would include a sale they can't control in their projections. The PpE figure in last years accounts was about 1m. 60m would stick out stupidly if it took them positive and I don't think the new FD is anywhere near that stupid

So assuming the other two items don't repeat, we arent that far from FCF.

That being the casez why on earth would they build 60m in for a sale that they have no control over.
