Kat Easysend has nothing to do with stable coins.

There are two reasons for the potential acquisition.

1. Customers

2. Mobile technology

The approval required for Easysend is also nothing to do with stable coins

Maybe you should look at the market cap and likely revenues, rather than just obsessing about sp, then you may be able to see the wood from the trees

The other thing to consider analyst is to report the posters who attack and add zero value.

I guess the difference is ocado and M&S are both single brand businesses analyst. Boo isn't, which makes a JV in it's classic sense problematic.

I can see a opportunity for product extension across different parts of both businesses.

I can also see a partial spin off of Debenhams to get it in to its own retail again.

But I'm not seeing an overall JV

I'm not sure he will use HoF as the anchor for retail parks, certainly not all of them.

He has this concept of Frasers experience centres, where all the group brands fit in one store. So there may be space for Debenhams stores.

The other thing to remember is that Ashley is potentially selling £0.5bn worth of Frasers shares back to the business, so it may be he goes alone for a minority stake in Debenhams

When you take into account the rent Boo haven't paid in London for the past couple of years it may even turn out to be close to break even.

It will also be interesting to see the terms negotiated for the initial years of the rental agreement

So whilst it's still not a good bit of business, it certainly isn't anything like Bon Scott portrays it.
