This is a gamblers share...There comes a time to take a gamble,,,but when?.....With a fund raise needed desperately,this may not be the best time.....as fundraise will be at discount,in my opinion....Are the board waiting for investors to sell to get the price down....? Like everyone they would like to invest at the lowest point....More shares for your money is important....I will wait...Too much risk of a further price collapse in my opinion....My target around 3p..
