There is something strange about the Shore capital holding.

They only hold indirect voting rights, which means they don't fully control the shares.

This time they opened it up to retail and everyone still moans.

Sunny the valid criticism, that you continue wrongly call moaning, was that they didn't open it up to retail investors.

If they had done an open offer then they would have opened it up to all retail investors. They chose not to do so despite stating they valued their retail investors.

So tactically it was a bit of a mess up. But let's hope we see the fruits of the raise before long

Semnet shares were satisfied from shares GST held in Treasury. So no new shares were issued, they just came out of Treasury and went back on the ledger

Southcoast nobody is discounting Fraser's vote. The fact is very few people chose to support them and no Ii's did. It's that simple.

Hopefully they can now stop behaving in such a confrontational manner and put forward a director for the BoD so that some of the opportunities here can be realised

Parsnip you may have an investment here, but most of the others are happy to admit they don't. So what they get out of doing what they do is beyond me. And the one who states he has an investment posts incessantly that the business is going bust. In that case, if that was a genuine belief, any actual investor would preserve what capital they could.

It shouldn't be beyond the moderators but it seems to be.

Frasers hold c398m shares. in total c410m shares voted against Kamani. Assuming Frasers voted all their shares, only another 12m voted against Kamani.

That's less than 1%.

There is no way the SP needs to go below the placing price to attract buyers. Plenty of big buyers have already appeared in the last couple of days.

There is no point trying to second guess how the Semnet listing will work just yet. There are many different vehicles we could use. I very much doubt if we will give up control, its too strategically important, but that is just my conjecture

What i asked you to provide was an explanation, if you had one, to explain why BOO against all relevant comparators on a day when buys massively outnumbered sells.

This should have been easy to do given that you believe the market to be supply and demand driven and rational.

The vast majority of trades are printed same day Hexam as you should know. Also, buys and sells don't have to match, they very rarely do, the MMs job is to provide liquidity.
