On the subject of Kamani's, you still haven't explained how they managed to get £170m cash out of a £161.9m transaction which was split two ways and only half went to a Kamani. That is some feat isnt it? I won't hold my breath

Massive life is never that binary.

At the strategic level, I'm more than happy with GST. Tactically I think they messed up this placing in the Comms and the execution. Those two things don't need to be mutually exclusive.

My broker is the biggest in the UK AHS.

If GST had done the placing properly it would have been via an open offer, like virtually every retail offer is.
