We have an offtake agreement with Hainan for all the stock for three years at market rate.

The definition of market rate hasn't been confirmed but I doubt if there will be a China discount. In essence Hainan are selling to themselves so I doubt if the mali government will allow any element of artificial transfer pricing

The only caveat is the strategic review is taking longer than it should.
