Just today we have had numerous .allegations of criminality, rinsing and improper behaviour without a single shred of evidence to back any of it up.

So let's just go through one simple example.

You have stated the Kamani's have rinsed investors of half a billion. Does that include the IPO? How much money would anybody investing at the IPO have made by 2020 southcoast. Yet that is supposedly rinsing?

It is clearly withholding the second one to try to hurry up the government.

Hainan have never disputed that KMUk (not KOD) will pay the Mali government.

As George has pointed out below, all Hainan have ever said is that they reserve the right to claim the money back off KOD. That is if their legal view is correct, which is still in discussion.

Stan36. Maybe understand the difference between Kodal the Aim listed company and Kodal Minerals UK, the JV between KOD and Hainan. The JV is responsible for making both payments.

Hainan never said Kodal would cover the payment. It said payment would come from KMUK, per the agreement.
