The new stock would have been ordered once the brand identity was agreed. It wouldn't be incremental stock, it would be bau stock

The new stock will have been ordered months ago and probably cost less than the previous product range

They over spent on the plt relaunch and restock, revenue across the board is still falling crippling the margin further, they are unable to get financing and there is not time to sell any brands, not that any of them would be worth much regardless of what you think.

And that is all your fantasy southcoast.

I think the communication from the business is shocking LD. I think the business review should have been completed by now, so can only assume it hasn't been communicated because something commercially confidential is happening.It's why they are in part responsible for the SP being where it is.

Do you have any reason to believe the BoD aren't being honest or professional LD.

We have an RCF valid for over another year and even if it was called in, sale of any of the brands would pay it off.

We have taken massive amounts of cost out of the business in the last year and have very little capex going forward. Operational cash flow, from memory, wasn't far from break even last year, so hopefully it is positive now.

If we were anywhere near admin, don't you think it would have been all over the media by now. There hasn't even been a sniff of Boo struggling to refinance it's debt after the one story a few months ago.
