Agreed but they do present us with opportunities every so often…
Well considering that Goldman Sachs gave this a sell in their broker notes today, with a price target of 270p these have stood up pretty well. Same with Land Sec, a price target below todays price but share price produces a slight uptick. Ones to watch.
Looks like a few investors are throwing the towel in.
Yes, there’s some real value forming in the FTSE and maybe this is one of them. I believe Land Sec goes ex div tomorrow. Will that mean a further fall? Certainly two shares to watch Nuri.
I know that coal fired stations bought fuel like crazy when Europe said it was stopping buying Russian fuel.
With the mild winter that we’ve just had, many are still using up the coal which they bought over a year ago. It’ll be interesting to see how demand is affected once the current stocks are reduced.
The market in general at the moment is a bit of a joke - it falls on bad news (understandable) but on days like today when news of better growth and less chance of stagflation it falls also. Plus, add in to the mix that when America announces news that points to trouble stateside, the FTSE always seems to fall more than the DOW!
No interest here. Some selling too before results at or around the end of the month. I wonder what management will say.
I’m glad that I only made a small purchase here, this is like some kind of zombie share, no divi, no movement. It appears we’ll under NAV but what will make this change?
What is the point of this share being listed on the stock exchange? The board don’t seem interested with increasing the share price, that provide the bare minimum communication yet pay the costs associated with being listed…
My holding is split over two different brokers. One is now showing and all correct but the other is yet to apoear
Has anybody received their divi? I thought that payment date was 28th July?
I guess that the risk here is if the government, who are clearly one of most broke / bankrupt ones that we’ve every had in a long while decide that some project work must be cancelled. I’d be surprised to see this happening before the upcoming GE but after this, who knows, regardless of who get in (but looking at the by-election results - labour).
