Jason posts there regularly, currently he is posting almost 100% regarding one of his other interests Marula.

While we are suspended there is no reason to promote Neo, but as he has mentioned recently thing are happening in the background at NEO.

This is from March 18th & a meeting with SSC group who are the mining contractors. They are onsite at Beisa refurbishing.

There is nothing to worry about here I am 100% positive about this.

Don't forget the purchase of Beisa comes with NEO having a major shareholder being Sibanye Stillwater who have a Mcap $2.7bn.

Its frustrating & boring, but NEO will relist relax.

I am super confident here as I know work is continuing 'at pace' at Beisa. The same I hear applies in the UK with Sean busy with our new brokers & advisors (Shore capital & Bacchus).

I know I have said it before but...there is 2.5mt of 'mine ready' resources sat inside the Beatrix mine.

Look at similar set ups & they need to get the necessary permits & licences, sink shafts & create horizontal stops to access the metals.

It takes years just on paperwork never mind sinking a 2.5km shaft & stops.

It's a long wait & boring as hell I know, but news & relisting are coming this quarter (IMO), & with the infrastructure we could be mining within a year from now.

There was a post in the Telegram group earlier.

Mention of a push by operations team on the ground in SA as well as Sean working in the UK with Bacchus & shore.

Frogman, I don't think there is nothing to worry about.

While we sit suspended, the refurbishment of Beisa is continuing. Last month (March 18th), the mining group SSC met with Jason to discuss, plan & prepare. Legal teams are also continuing with the transfer documents.

The great bit about Beisa is how quickly it can be up & running. No PFS/DFS/BFS needed as the mine is sat there waiting to go.

As there are mining stops at relatively shallow depths already prepared the mine is almost ready to go.

The next steps as I understand it are to refurbish the gold plant & add a circuit for the Uranium processing. The mining contractors can refurbish & run the mine, there is no shortage of skilled miners in this region.

One last note, given our low Mcap & the sheer amount of gold we hold $18bn a suspension may well be a good method of keeping Neo from being snapped up on the cheap. I am certain there are investors looking for opportunities like Beisa.

More news to come regarding funding, asset valuation & updated broker note, I hope they all come before suspension is lifted. My best guess is June.

I don’t think there is anything to worry about, of course it will come out of suspension. If you are not in the telegram group I suggest you join.

It seems like nothing is happening but Beisa is being refurbished as we speak & the legal stuff needing transfer will also be happening all in the background.

We can look forward to coming out of suspension with hopefully a,

streaming deal on gold.

Jason has posted on the telegram group last week & another member has also spoken to him recently.

All positive in my opinion. Just a bit more patience required, but as mentioned things are happening while we wait.

Another way of looking at this is this may be one of many reasons why NEO are still suspended.

As far as we know there has not been anything newsworthy to RNS, we know that shortly there will be with,

Asset valuation, new broker note, streaming deal gold, off take Uranium.

In the meantime being in suspension stops the drifting & allows Jason to concentrate on PR for Marula, as there isn't any point promoting NEO in suspension.

I strongly suspect that NEO will come out of suspension with news on all of the above & the PR machine (AKA Jason), will be firing on all fronts.

Meanwhile Its boring as hell holding here currently, but... while we wait the Beisa mine is being refurbished & the PR team Bacchus & Shore will be working for NEO & a bonus we don't drift or get taken out on the cheap.

Gold now $3,327 which will make investors sit up once NEO is revalued.

Not forgetting the broken jets note included the recent dilution for Beisa & Hendricks south purchases & is still a pre production pre finance target.

Once Beisa is producing the SP could well north of 23p.

I don't think the stock has to be out of suspension. If you look at the previous RNS it stated,

From the RNS back in 2024,

I have always felt that an updated note must come AFTER the independent asset valuation. So we may be in for a couple more RNS's this week. Especially if the suspension lifts on Friday.

If Neo had considered listing on the NYSE or Toronto given interest in Uranium on both exchanges and finally,

Heard nothing back as yet.

I cannot speak for Jason obviously but, I suspect his focus currently is on Marula & while Neo is suspended he can give Marula his full attention given all the news flow currently.

No issues with that especially as when NEO has news I am sure he will be promoting NEO once again.

I would have invested here but neither trading 212 or Halifax share dealing will allow me to buy in (I am wondering if its due to the platform Marula trade on), ideally into my stocks & shares ISA (Halifax), I am sure I am not the only one who may have struggled to buy in.

The SP post suspension will all depend on what happens during suspension, we await,

asset valuation,

new broker note,

and of course funding. (streaming deal gold), (off take for Uranium).

I would hazard a guess they arrive in that order.

Plenty to look forward to & in the meantime contractors are already onsite refurbishing the complex.

What I enjoy seeing is the sheer size of the mine complex at Beisa.

When you look at other small cap miners there is normally a few tents & a drill in the middle of nowhere, then you look at what we have.

Not forgetting what we cannot see, a mine shaft with 4 sub shafts which go down to 2,200m & a hoisting capacity of 140,000 tons per month.

Finally the best bit we have around $20bn (both projects), of gold & Uranium. With further areas to explore.
