When all transactions are taken into account so Sunshine & S.Stillwater there will be around 4.15bn shares in issue.

Neo currently have some funds in place & although we as shareholders do not see anything for the extra shares currently in issue, work in the background continues. Theo was onsite at Beisa last week, I am expecting an update on the refurbishment along with the asset valuation. The asset valuation will have been done but probably going to be realised on relisting.

I am crossing my fingers that financing will be announced before the relist. JB has often mentioned the gold streaming & with Bacchus as Uranium advisors I imagine off take agreements for Uranium might also be in the mix financing wise.

I don't Believe financing will be from only one source there will likely be a mix hopefully 100% off the product via forward sales.

Hopeful of news next week.

He has deliberately not promoted Neo since the suspension for good reason, it would not do NEO any good while suspended.

JB being silent on NEO should not be a worry, as mentioned before things are happening in the background.

Theo is now on the ground in SA & Shaun based in the UK can deal with the advisors & brokers.

It has been a long wait but it is coming to an end, hopefully they can add some news to the suspension lift.

Funding would of course be fantastic, but the revaluation of Beisa & any progress on the Beatrix shaft would also be welcome.

Guys, worry not, this will 100% relist & we are closer than ever to completing the deal with SS which then gives us a gold/Uranium mine with a minimum 30yr mine life.

Refurbishment funded by gold streaming deals & possible Uranium off take.

We could be producing this time next year.

I understand the frustrations & anger here with money tied up, little communication & such a long suspension but.....

This will defiantly come back/good I am 100% sure of this.

As I understand it Beisa development/planning is ongoing right now.

The legal land titles & transfers are all going through the process which is made easier as the mine is already fully permitted.

We heard the audit is due to be completed this month & a listing on the main SA SE is also planned.

I am sure once we hear about the date to relist we will also hear about many other development's that have been ongoing.

Have faith this is 100% coming back & hopefully with a bang.

That's because there is no use in pumping a suspended company.

Relisting is now a priority according to recent posts & while it has been suspended work in the way of transfers & funding will have continued.

If we come back after a funding deal is announced then hopefully you will be selling up at a profit.

There is no need for miracles this will 100% be back.

Stubby. First of all Jason has posted numerous times that any fund raising will be asset based, via gold streaming & offtake U.

Neo have had several interested parties for gold streaming & with Bacchus now involved as advisors I am sure an off take for Uranium will already be on the table or being negotiated.

One thing I do know is there will be more than one lender.

As for JB stepping down as Chairman, I as well as many would be highly disappointed. The role of chairman isn't the day to day running that's Theo's & the other BODS jobs.

JB is superb at what he does with his posts, interviews etc.

I doubt I would have found NEO without his involvement.

Loads of news is due this H2.

Jason is not the CEO of NEO he is the chairman, financials have little to do with him.

Last weekend he was in SA having meetings with the new CEO. I am certain lifting the suspension will be high upon the priorities list.

Meanwhile Henkries is 85% there with the funding provisionally agreed.

We await news of Beisa financing which is going to come from gold streaming & possibly off take of the Uranium.

Lots going on in the back ground as regards moving Beisa into production as we have already arranged the mining contractors & no PFS or BFS are needed.

Production *hopefully* 2026, 1.2moz already there ready to be mined. No need to go deep into the bottom of the mine the reefs which interest NEO are at the shallower parts of then mine so dewatering may not be an issue either.

I am 100% relaxed about NEO, sure it is frustrating & does not put the company in good light being suspended & far so long but they are not 'having it away' with anyone's money.

This will come good & now we are in H2 I am sure we will see further positive developments being issued.

No one has suggested NEO not being on the main LSE index.

I am not in anyway worried as to NEO not coming back to market, but I do understand how frustrating it is being suspended.

I don’t think the funding is an issue with gold at such a high price, streaming deals are going through with other miners & if you read the news gold will only strengthen as fiat currencies come under more scrutiny.

The deal with SS is progressing, being suspended will be having no effect on its progress.

As to why we remain suspended? Well the official reason is auditing but it should not take this long unless they want it to.

I have heard explanations that a delay to re list isn’t possible & every company’s first commitment should be having it listed, but the suspension came right after the new advisors & broker.

JB being quiet on all things NEO is understandable given it is suspended but I certainly think it’s time for an update from the BOD on timelines inc the suspension & progress so far.

I was surprised that the new presentation was based on what we already know, it would have made more sense to release the new presentation with the new asset valuation figures included.

Don't forget the broker note for 23p was pre funding & pre production this has much further to climb.

It was also calculated with the further dilution included.

We have known about the dilution since the December deal.

There is more to come but it by the end it should work out around 5-6p for a £200m mcap.

Production is aiming for 100,000oz gold & 3m pounds of Uranium per annum,

that's $300mUSD gold + $213.75 million USD Uranium.

Of course production costs & debt payback come off that but it still leaves millions in profits & production could start within the next 12mths.

Once up & running our Mcap can be calculated with a forward earning ratio also.

This will be a bagger..

There is so much going on its difficult to know where this will open at.

The asset valuation & new broker note will be interesting & while we have been busy thinking about the massive potential & early revenue Beisa can provide we forget about Henkries which will have been progressing regulatory wise.

For those not familiar with the Henkries this Uranium mine will be open pit with the Uranium only 5-8m below the surface making mining simple with just diggers.

Back to Beisa & we could be mining within 12mths.

That's not quite right, the note mentions "when divided by NEOs projected number of shares in issue to account for Beisa & any other shares that might be issued within the next 18mths."

Stix, I have not had a good look into them as yet but I suspect they have already been accounted for & were issued as the deal progresses.

Look at the wording " issued in respect to satisfaction of key milestones and performance criteria associated with the advancement of the Company's uranium growth strategy"

If this were any other junior & any other commodity you may have a point, but I doubt it will happen here.
