RE: Proactive Investors interview passed up26 Apr 2025 15:17
On Tuesday, the stock was very hard to buy after 15.30, and was NT for long periods before close of play. I was checking dummy sells, and at one point was offered just under 0.6 for 7 million. That to me meant that the sp would have gapped up on the Wednesday, as clearly the demand for the stock was squeezing up. The warrants rns landed on the Wednesday and put water on want I think would have been a move to 0.7. In 15 years I’ve never seen a listed company mention a warrants exercise for the sole purpose of market stability (make of that what you want). So, my point is, that despite other shares rocketing in that period, cpai was holding its own, and clearly is being swing traded on that assumption. All this talk of knocking back the opportunity to do Proactive doesn’t make sense because anything Ronjon says will create more of a buzz, so clearly the Holdings rns showing his unaltered position and that’s all that matters as he hasn’t sold any. I’m not sure why they chose to stifle the sp in the 23rd, but I’m certain there was going to be a short squeeze on that date, and they knew it. The recent sellers and there tec associations are no coincidence either
