I’m not sure people are clocking on to what is going on here, and quite frankly has been planned for months. Someone like Ronjon simply cannot put his reputation on the line promoting a micro cap like CPAI, it would be commercial suicide. The recent Consolidation RNS shows the level of housekeeping required for CPAI to attract the more HNW and Institutional Investor. The plan has always been to bring in the American Investor, which if done on Insti level, will take this out of the retail range we are currently in. This is the literally the start of the race, and in Ronjons own words, he wants this to be the go to place for AI productivity and commercialisation.

A very concise, no fluff interview form Ronjon highlighting how early we are in the AI trajectory of this company. Lots more products to come on boards, and soon… can’t help but feel that CAPAI is the vehicle Ronjon is going to use to commercialise all the pick of the R42 projects

One of the better share consolidation announcements, as the incentives point towards expansion via Institutional Investors and entering the USA market. This is clear intent by CPAI to control the growth of the company by limiting volatility on its share price and hence preserving its mcap to attract Institutions. Happy with this today as it clearly paves the way to raise the Commercial Profile of the Company.

Maybe through Browns connections, we might be converging Fintech/AI and Pension Funds.. a strategy that might also be employed at HAMA, and look what’s happening there.. I wonder if the news hiatus is down to setting this up in spectacular fashion…

Further to the Company's announcement of 10 July 2025, capAI (LSE: CPAI) is pleased to confirm that its wholly-owned US subsidiary, capMedia Inc ("capMedia"), has been issued an Employer Identification Number ("EIN") by the US Internal Revenue Service and that the California Secretary of State has now formally approved capMedia to do business in California.

This operational milestone follows the incorporation of capMedia in Delaware and represents the next step in establishing the Group's US presence. The completion of this registration is a prerequisite for initiating commercial and operational activities in California, supporting the capMedia division, which is focused on AI-driven media innovation, including the proposed deployment of the Author42 platform.

Obviously From a SP perspective, we have a few goalkeepers at 0.5, which is a shame as there are no other stocks stealing the limelight today in volume. Hopefully once we crack this inflection point, we can go on the sort of runs we have in the past, only this time backed up by this transformational news

This for me is the Unicorn comment in today’s RNS.

Because the expansion into the US sector has happened at this pace, it sets the precedent for future curve balled updates.

The California License unlocks the niche Silicon Valley entry point and the people who are being spoken to are well aware of what Ronjon is doing.

The marrying up of the US media project with CapAI has been cleverly orchestrated by Ronjon.

I think the RNS, and what it stands for, has not been understood by the market yet.

The fundamentals here are gathering at pace; the only thing that needs to catch up is the SP.

COMEK2.. the penny will drop. The Inner circle players know exactly where the MCAP is heading with exposure to the wider US TECH/AI space. The timing of this update should make Investors realise that Ronjon is also an Investor and would want to dictate terms to the Market, not the other way around. Without trying to say too much, the plan here has always been to give Big Player AI US clients easier access to A PUBLIC TRADING platform that is nominally in a massive Private Sector. Mergers, takeovers and expansions in the AI Sector move in the Billions of $s, and the foundations are being layed here for a major play. Everything that Ronjon has said or alluded to has come to fruition, as anyone in his inner circle would know. It’s time to ignore all the mood swingers and told so merchants in here, as the fuse has been lit.

Amazing, this expansion into the USA. Happening a lot quicker than I thought.. Silicon Valley AI proximity is where Ronjons major base is.
