You obviously don’t understand, or want to understand what the warrants imply here, it’s a longer term benefit for the lender. It’s not an indication of where the price is or should be. If it’s a success, they will cash in and make a bundle, and so will BSFA

We hit that that sp on last weeks white paper rns. It’s fair to say that they are extremely positive about the future, and are trying to rectify the debacle of the placing rns. The warrants amount and price is the sweetener for the lender, and should be in the rear window if the bag sells today. Very interesting day ahead, now that they have secured funding at a fair level

The timing of today’s RNS, on what could be the biggest day in the history of the company, is very interesting. I’m hoping these guys are not going down the lifestyle route, and show a true commercial road map to Investors. Indigo obviously believe, in today’s tight funding markets

Ironically, as CLNs go, it’s not too bad a deal at this stage.. at least they’ve secured the coupon at 85% and set warrants at 50% premium.. they obviously fancy this to do well and need the breathing space

Imagine if the company release a commercially positive RNS tomorrow morning with a major tie up. All will be forgive and forget, they played a blinder, and got their 500k. Stranger things have happened in the Jurassic Era

There is a scenario where the winning bidder could remain anonymous; it wouldn’t be the first time. That would cause a massive PR hysteria around who it could be. Couple that with a tier 1 tie up, and we can shake off last weeks cobwebs

Anybody notice the RCGH placing today.. exactly the same terms as ours was. £500k placed at 2p, with Bowsprit.. and they were around 4p finish. Absolute opportunist behaviour going on here with these outfits.

Fever, to be honest, the PR here has been bloody amazing, especially considering all the negativity that from the so called science side when the T-REX bag rns came out. This was a serious momentum play, as those who’ve been here for long enough know how range bound we were pre white paper rns. Personally, I think the brokers client thought they could nick the 2p placing and then sell again 2.75-3.00, probably did some, but the volume and liquidity dried up, so now selling a few at the lower end of placing profit. This has been shockingly managed, because of they offered a hefty discount for the so called expenses, surely they could have bought in a Cornerstone Investor with sticky money for the 500k.

I would have offloaded 25% of my holding at 5p before the auction, which obviously isn’t going to happen now, and let the rest ride. This one stings a bit because I doubled up on the white paper rns, but it is what it is and I’m not sure sentiment/excitement can now take it to last weeks highs. I was also hoping for a further update on other sides of the business, which to be fair, they incorporated in the same rns.. they knew exactly what reaction that rns would produce, and then we all know what happened. I think I spotted a 3 million trade/sell that day, so no prizes for guessing who that might have been a client of. In the absence of any TR1 from JS, I’m on the fence here now as far as trust is concerned, because I think the funds use is waffle

Bowsprit, and their mates have killed the momentum, and to a certain extent, the excitement. This would have been trading 5p+ all day by now, but for the greed shown my this lot. During the interview, they squeezed in the white paper rns announcement, and then obviously someone saw the SP reaction and wanted mates rates.its poor form from the company considering what the perceived pipeline is. Hopefully Andrew Tate turns up and buys the bag for a €1,000,000 to add to his car and watch collection.

Forgot to mention, but in case it's not obvious, it creates a mechanism that is non-dilutive to the company. Which is a massive win for them

I think there was a trade yesterday for 3 million? Anyone know what price it was struck at.. could have been someone in the know about the raise. If it was around 3.5, then over a £100k.. nice work if you can get it; wonder what John Storeys thoughts on the matter are
