Yes Nero it is.
Unfortunately there is no guarantee it will continue to do so. So unless it is Calibre who are going to buy us out and can therefore start extracting fairly soon after, I do wonder just how much difference todays gold price will have on the sale price. After all anyone other than Calibre will have to build a mill from scratch, which could be two years down the line from now, and who knows where the price of gold will be by then. Could be higher, but could just as easily be lower.
I know the fact that gold is rising rather than falling has got to help us a bit, but things can and do change in the world quite quickly at times that make significant differences to the markets. Therefore, get a move on Jim!
Gla. Keep the faith.
Re: Paul Emmitt.
He certainly seems to have got a firm hold of the tiller and we definitely feel like we are heading in the right direction and at a greater speed than we have for a long time.
So far so good as far as I'm concerned.
GLA.
Yes Polo that is new. Back on the 5th Dec we were in advanced talks with 2 gold producers. Now I know you can only sell to one company and maybe that could be interpreted as possible progress, it could also mean we're in the last chance saloon.
Here's hoping it's progress.

This time next year Rodders we'll probably be in the same position.
I was hoping for a much more upbeat assessment of the sales process.

According to the last RNS SGS had inspected the firms workmanship and facilities etc and also oversaw packing for shipment. So hopefully there should be no problems. If there are we should hopefully be able to hold SGS responsible.

@ Swazers that's kind of the point I was trying to make to Dusty. The fact that all the Chinese firm needed were the measurements of the TCC and the alloy it needs to be made from. There is no way we would be sending over the box of tricks.
ATB.
Could be a problem the speed this is going at then!
There goes yet another week! Although it was nice to see a profit, if only for one day.
GLA. Enjoy the sun.
I don't think there is any secret in how to build a TCC, it's the little box of tricks that we need to keep away from the Chinese.
All they needed to know were the measurements and the material to build it out of.
Hi Silver,
In Powerhouses case, DMG stands for Distributed modular gasification, if that helps.
You sound like you come from an engineering/ Chemical engineering background, hopefully you'll know if there is any difference in the two processes. All I know is it has always been said that the DMG unit is not Pyrolysis.

The question playing on my mind is, How long did it take for them to sow up the deal from putting it up for sale?
Revenue up, Profit up and growing year on year.
What's not to like with this share?
thanks castle
just doing a back of a *** packet calculation.
they say there could be a fuel saving of $90,000 p.a. when running a 250kva generator and that payback would be between 12 to 18 months. so that suggests the cost of a unit is some where between $90,000 and $135,000. they are also saying they can produce 1000 units a month!
so if they were able to sell that amount, that would amount to between $90,000,000 and $135,000,000 revenue per month. it would be nice to know how much it costs to manufacture and fit a unit.
having said that, it would take a large team to fit that amount.
certainly interesting, but having learned my lesson with phe, i think i will keep an eye on it before jumping in. i would sooner miss the best entry point, than have money tied up again waiting for them to get started.
certainly interesting though.
Cheers Pat, I'll look into it.
Also interesting Castle, but not the same concept as Pats company. I like the idea of the H2i tech as can be retro fitted.
Sounds like a great product Pat, although I can't seem to find any up to date info regarding the company. All info seems to stop at August last year.
If I'm missing anything, please stick a link up if you can mate.
The actual spread is nothing like it's showing. 32.5p to sell 32.6 to buy.
Cheers, I'll have a look.
Short term collect the divi, which is very good. Where else can you get a safe Divi of 8 to 9%, also top up on the lows like today.
Okay, today has been a bit of a kick in the nuts, but we're still receiving a great a great dividend.
Medium term, I believe we are in safe hands and the out put will only grow, which in time will increase the share price, which will hopefully increase the Dividend.
Hold your shares tight and they will go up again.

That's insurance companies for you, take your premiums then try to get out of paying up.
I will be extremely surprised if Onunda actually have a case looking at the time frames and the fact that it is being brought by a company who's employee was employed by the company we appointed to make the TCC before they went belly up. I would hope any court should see right through their claim as nothing more than a company chancing their arm. So will be surprised if our legal costs amount to very much at all. Fingers crossed.
Hi Divvyup
According to 6th Nov RNS the company has IP litigation insurance, so I assume there shouldn't be any drain on our resources.
Please correct me if that's not right.
