You are correct, I have never sold a business, although it would be nice if I could one day.
Surely though without a deadline for final offers, why would anyone be in any hurry to put in there offer. They are surely just going to wait until someone else puts there offer in, and if everyone feels the same, no one puts the first offer in.
Sorry to be a little negative, and I realise I'll probably get jumped on and told I'm a Troll, but here goes anyway.
Engsolve. I thought they were supposed to be the income stream that would prevent us from having to raise capital like this.
My other concern is the wording in the RNS, saying, that this will cover a significant proportion of the build and fit-out costs for the Company's new Technology Centre in Bridgend. Does that mean that it will not cover the entire cost and therefore we may need to raise more.
I would welcome peoples take on this, not peoples vitriol. I'm hoping we've moved beyond that, as it only results in people getting nasty and then the thread gets taken down, meaning all the good posts also get lost.
GLA.
We need a deadline.
How long can it possibly take for a company to do there due diligence. After all there's only so much information out there for them to read, only so much they possibly glean from a site visit and a meeting with the government.
If this is going to be sold this year, they need to put a deadline on final bids.
My concern is that the share price and trades are not looking like a company that is going to get sold or certainly not for a decent return.
I'm averaging just over 37p and was initially hoping for around the £1 mark as time has gone on I'm now just hoping for 60p. Not a lot of gain considering I first bought in 2007.

Come on Mark, do something for all that money you've paid yourself over the last 16 years.
I feel it is now time we had some clarification on how the sales process is going to come to a conclusion.
i.e. Have interested parties been given a deadline for making binding offers. If not, why not?
As I see it, without a deadline all interested parties are just going to sit on the sidelines waiting for some one else to make the first move.
Come on Mark, It's time they put up or shut up. I think as shareholders we've waited patiently for long enough.
GLA. Hopefully our day will come, and sooner rather than later.
That's a great website Rat.
Cuts out a hell of a lot of Faff.
Cheers
Personally I would prefer it if they stuck to the new dividend and then pay a special dividend if funds are available. Rather than increasing the Divi and then finding maybe 6 months down the line that they need to cut it again.
I will miss the monthly divi though, it set us apart from the crowd and was something to look forward to.

We certainly seem to have turned a corner and now on the right road.
I've been critical of the management in the past, but Kieth does at last seem to be getting all his ducks lined up and in the right order.
I still have a gut feeling something might be coming down the road regarding the White family, and not in a good way.
Just wonder if this latest news goes someway to controlling what's coming. It's no secret I don't trust Howard anymore.

Surely nearly all on here are invested in the company, so why don't everyone quit with the personal attacks on fellow posters and get back to proper debate.
Personally I don't give a toss what your qualifications are, if you've got something of interest to say, whether that be supportive of the company or not. Providing it can be backed up, and not just ramping or deramping let's hear it.
This used to be a very good board to read and I'm sure it can be again.
I'm as frustrated as anyone at the lack of progress and have said as much and if nothing happens by the end of the year, I'm sure I will show my frustration again, but for now I would like to read what other people think without having to read the same old name calling of each other and the company.
So come on please, we've got some very intelligent people on here, lets's hear what you're thinking.

Yes they are, but I know someone who cleans our local Sainsburys. She told us after we said we recycle our bags, that they just get put into general waste because some people use the same bin for putting there coffee cups, so they say it's then contaminated.
A good honest interview as I see it.
Worth a watch.
It does show how many obstacles are in the way, not least feedstock, which up until now we were led to believe wasn't a problem as there were supposed to be tons and tons of the stuff out there.
Good to see some honesty and I'm more positive we will get there. It may just take a bit more time than I hoped, but does sound like were finally on the right road.

Got to say things sound to me.
Tidied up a lot of loose ends now, seem to have a lot more control of our own destiny and should still have plenty of cash in the bank.
Time to see some progress on site.
Can't blame the gamblers, there can't be much more downside from here.
Although, I also said that at 1.17p I think.

Oh well, I guess they haven't finished yet then!!
This certainly looks like we may have turned a corner, or at least see the corner ahead.
Hopefully we've finished with the big sells showing up after hours. They've sold cheaper than this price, so if we don't see one today I will be hopeful that they've finished.
It could move quickly if that is the case, although there will be quite a bit of profit taking as it rises from the new buyers.
It's bloody annoying to think all the new buyers will be making more profit than us that have been in for years and had to go through this decline over the last year or two. Still good luck to all who hold.
Keep the faith.
7.2 Million bought vs 1.7 Million sold so far. Will we get the hattrick of 10 Million being sold at the end of the day?
It would be lovely to know how many more they've got to unload.
Once they've finished I'm pretty sure we'll start moving north again.
It would be interesting to know how many more shares the White family still own. I fear until they've sold out, this share price is going nowhere.
From a personal point of view I don't trust a word Howard says now.
All of HWs bull telling people to fill there boots, while he was busy selling and telling Doc that he wasn't. Then saying it's to enable him to be able to join the board. Well Howard, they seem to be taking there time to invite you. I wonder if that has anything to do with Keith leaving the Hui board.
I did find it strange, the wording from Guy Peters. Just the usual thanking him and then wishing him success in his future endeavors, and not a mention of working closely together in the future.
This is all just my opinion and despite all my recent misgivings I still hold and I really hope we pull something off really soon. God knows we need some.

Struggling to find out much about them.
One is a Mortgage banker and the other is an Architect.
Directorate Change
Hydrogen Utopia International PLC, a company specialising in turning non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into hydrogen and other carbon-free fuels, new materials or distributed renewable heat, announces that Keith Riley has taken the decision to resign from his post as an Executive Director due to his wish to balance his other work commitments, particularly his role as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Powerhouse Energy Group Plc. Keith will leave the Company on 31 May 2023.
Executive Chairman of HUI, Guy Peters, said "The board wishes to thank Keith for his contribution to the development of the Company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours."
No, worries Johngle
I think you ought to be giving me financial advice, nearly all my investments are under water at the moment.
Good luck with yours, let's hope CNR will be one of your best investments. That's purely from a selfish point of view.
GLA.
Hi Johngle,
I'm no financial advisor and wouldn't dream of trying to advise anyone, and please correct me if I'm wrong.
If you've moved your shares into a normal trading account from your Sipp, and if Condor does take off like we all hope, will you not be liable for a big CGT bill?
