That's right, it's all about the little black box of tricks.
I also doubt anyone there have any in depth knowledge of how it works and I would have thought if they did they would have had to sign a legal document preventing them from using or sharing that knowledge.
Definitely seems Mitchell Dryers are the connection.
Graham Michael Hartley was on the board until 1st September and Well found Piltick, James Meyer is there Chief Technical officer.
I would just like to know how long the process is likely to take, before the court throws their claim out.
I can't find any relation between him and Howard so far, hopefully just a coincidence.
I also can't find anything on there website that indicates they are in the area of recycling plastic for the creation of electricity or Hydrogen.
Sound like a pair of chancers to me!
Sounds like someone just trying it on to see if they can get something out of PHE.
From what I can find they've only been in business for less than a year. One of the people of significance is no longer with them, but was also on the board of Mitchell Dryers.
One other significant name to pop up is the appointment oh one Andrew White on the 21st August. Any relation to Howard I wonder? or just a coincidence. It is a common name.
Smacks of desperation to me and in the interview, no mention of PHE or the deferral of the Longford project.
Thought she sounded flustered and frustrated, as though she really wanted to say something but couldn't.
I feel she's as frustrated as everyone here.
It's gone from Poland being there first plant, to Ireland and now in desperation she is suggesting it could be North Macedonia, and even that will take a couple of years.
She blames wars and everything else going.
What she doesn't blame is Howard selling us down the river and totally inept management here over the last 4 years.
I am sticking with it, in case there is a last minute miracle, but I must say I fear the worst.
We are rapidly running out of money and can't see a way of getting more funds without massive dilution.
We need an interview, where someone comes totally clean and tells us exactly what the situation is.
At this point I usually say keep the faith, but I fear we need more than faith.
Lee, thanks for that enlightening contribution.
Now please run along , or you'll be late for registration, and you won't get a gold star from teacher.
No one is stopping you?
Just do it.
If you're not invested here I don't quite see the point in posting on here. Most people on here have been in this share long enough to know what there position is what they can or cannot do about it.
Anyone buying in at this time should do so, having done the necessary research.
Your posts are a bit superfluous.
Good luck with your investment in HUI.
Could do with a Proactive interview to clarify our situation. Especially what funds we have to progress any project.
No update that I'm aware of.
Yeah, if drops much more, I won't even be able to buy a Starbucks coffee with what I'm holding.
Shame the last 4 years just seem to have been, on the whole a waste of time. It's worth less now than what I paid for my initial holding.
Annoying to think I could have made money elsewhere and bought in now for less than 4 years ago.
Mind you I'd have probably invested elsewhere and lost just as much.
I just hope when they get the new demo unit up and running that we may then see an upturn in our fortunes.
GLA.
Keep the faith.
Taken from the RNS on the 6th October. Mitchell Dryers has ceased trading and on 6 October 2023 is commencing liquidation.
Mine was paid in on the 1st of September.
Some companies are a bit slower at paying Divi's into accounts, but you should have had it well before now.
I'd check again, and if not been paid get in touch with your Broker/ Trading platform.
Good luck.

Another week of sweet f.a.
Only thing happening here is the slow decline in share price.
When will someone grab the bull by the horns and put a deadline on this sales process.
GLA. Getting really fed up now!
It ought to stop the share price dropping below a certain level, because the company will hoover up any spare shares under that level. But what that level is I don't know.
I've said it before, this is an extremely well run company.
I just can't believe it's still trading at these levels.
Considering the growth in revenue and profit is way up compared to when we were traded at around £5.00 this has got to be cheap at this price.
Onwards and upwards I would say.
Gla.
Not gone down well with the markets so far.
I agree, my first thought was fund raise on it's way.
Let's hope the results are good from the clinical trials, that should help boost the share price.
As you say Nael, they could take on debt finance and that would be my preferred option as I think it would show confidence by them in taking it on and by which ever finance company to hand it out.
If they do go down the share dilution route, I only hope it will be offered to existing share holders too and not just institutional investors at mates rates, like so many other companies tend to do.
GLA. Keep the faith, this will be big one day.
I have to agree, this was a much better board before TP3 started his campaign of abuse against Dr Anomaly. I have yet to see any evidence that the Doc has ever claimed to be a Dr and he has given his explanation for his choice of name.
I don't normally agree with having people removed from these boards, I just either find them ridiculously stupid or just a slight irritant, but TP3's attacks are personal and abusive and therefore I believe he should be removed.
We've got a well run profitable company, and we're now lower than we were during the pandemic.
I will never understand the logic.
Crazy!
GLA
Thanks for the insight both, I didn't realise that was also classed as insider trading. I thought it happened quite regularly, that you bought shares until you reached the threshold.
17 years of doing this and still learning.
Wouldn't it make sense though, if you were going to buy a business for say 60p a share to try and pick up as many shares as you can for less than that, up to the point where you cross the relevant threshold where you need to inform who ever it is.
