We build a road that should cost us money, only to find a vein we knew nothing about, and now we are $225,000 up, less the expenses. Also to put that ore through the mill, is only around half a days running time.

I'm with you on that Sirius, although my average is higher at £3.55

I've done it too many times, been under water for years, to then see a slight profit and sell up.

I'm hoping this is the start of a real recovery. I've held for nearly 6 years, another year or two is nothing.

Just popped back to see how things are after seeing the Rns.

It's good to see there may finally be progress. I've decided to stay out for the time being though. I'll wait for more progress on the sale, and whether or not they require to raise more cash.

I see it's still quite a toxic board, I've certainly not missed that.

Condor got a lot of things wrong over the years. Going from being an explorer, to deciding they wanted to be a miner. Only to find out they didn't have the money, let a loan any know how, so they decided to just try to sell the thing again.

As it's worked out, it's all been for the best. All their dithering about played into MTL's hands, any earlier in the process and MTL wouldn't have had the money, and would have had to borrow to buy Condor, and as it is now, by the time we get into production the gold price should hopefully be even higher.

Simms is right about them not needing to drill any more. Once they got the BFS there was no need to do anymore.

I shouldn't wish my time away, but roll on this time next year.

I've just doubled my holding , it's all or nothing time.

I believe they are on the right road, but it's going to be a long one. At least I've only got to go half as far now before I hit a profit, and am only going to lose a little bit more if it all goes wrong.

I agree Barney.

Definite shoots of recovery, and don't see us going bust like certain people are predicting. However I don't see it improving the share price much for quite a few more years.

We may see a steady rise in that time to around 50p, but a long way off where I need to be to break even.

Luckily I'm in a position where I can wait.

Would you know how things are progressing on site at La India by any chance?

The little AIM cynic inside me keeps thinking the reason for the fall in share price is down to drilling results not showing the grades they were expecting from Dupax, and people in the know are the ones selling down. Hopefully I'm wrong and things are just taking longer than expected.

DB seems to be totally straight, and I would be most disappointed in him if we find those in the know have been given the chance to off load some of their shares before we find out what's going on.

I still see this being at least twice todays price by this time next year, even if nothing comes of Dupax.

Also, looking at the rest of my shares, it's carnage out there today, so not doing badly at all, all things considered.

T.R. It's been a bad few months after about 6 months of the share price increasing.

None of it the fault of the management, which is the good thing.

Shut down for about 6 weeks at Runruno, down to the Cyanide contamination. Protestors blocking roads at Dupax and now the Typhoon at Dupax.

If bad things come in threes, that should be us all done and dusted now!

It sounds like we got off fairly light, from the Typhoon, could have been a lot worse.

I think more to do with the delay to the Dupax drilling and results, than Runruno.

As Metalhead says, what we don't get out this year, we will next.

Compared to the glacial pace of Condor, what MTL have achieved in less than a year, it's more like watching the Road Runner on Speed!

All we need is to keep up the good work in La India, and to get some positive results from Dupax, hopefully very soon.

The hours are good, the commute isn't great though.

After 3 and half years under water, to come home to find I'm nearly 25% up, is a site to behold.

Had patience this long, I'm holding for the long run, hoping to see £15, then I'll think about selling.

I think it's just the Condor effect!

I think for nearly all the time I held Condor there were people saying it was undervalued, whether it was MC or share holders on this board.

I also don't see things changing much until we start getting the stuff out of the ground. Most people like the security of knowing what has been said is there, is actually there. I think we will rise as we get closer, but I wouldn't be surprised if even after producing for the first full year, we are not still wondering why we are still undervalued.

It's the Condor effect! Get used to it and just reap the dividends from 2028.

There's some very unhappy people about.

The Govt seems to be on our side, it will be interesting to see what the out come will be. Not just for Dupax, but for Abra too if we fail.

Hopefully DB can win the indigenous people round, but there will always be some he can't.
