He has told us he was very unhappy about what he perceived to be a lack of transparency and good governance from the BOD regarding the incorporation of Zakari and he felt it was symptomatic of an underlying culture that existed. He hasn't said at all that his concern was related to strategy.

You could be right and David Evans may well still intend to sell his holdings. On the other hand he may be reassured by the change in leadership and may have decided to continue to support Lindy Durrant - we just don't know. The sells could be coming from anywhere. Scancell's share price has seen a significant rise over recent months, retail and institutional investors alike will be sitting on healthy profits and who knows who may be taking that profit now?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying that there was a disagreement regarding strategy between Lindy Durrant and Cliff Holloway whereby she wanted to license products and he wanted to sell them. What are you basing that on? Also why would that have netted CH millions?

The presentation was made on 28th July and confirmation of approval was issued on 29th July. It may well be that she was aware approval had been received but she couldn't have included it in a presentation to just one group of shareholders, it had to be announced via RNS the next day to the whole market.

Re. the 3 month point on the slide, I think it's probably just the layout of the slide and the position has no particular significance. You can see that the SA trial of SCOV2 is scheduled for month 5 and the major factor behind timescales is likely to be the manufacture so unless we hear otherwise, I'm assuming a similar start date for the UK. Interesting that the dosing regime appears to be a 4 week interval between jabs.

Worth noting that the company developing Rezurock is Kadmon which was founded by none other than Sam Waksal. Waksal was behind the Yesod Biosciences bid in 2020 to buy Redx which eventually fell through. It would appear to be a positive sign that the man behind one ROCK2 inhibitor tried to acquire the company developing another.

It seems clear now that we are heading for a strategy of vaccination followed by regular boosters to protect against new variants and waning immunity. Assuming all boosters work, the way to differentiate between them will be longevity and breadth of protection. Scancell's approach should score highly on both counts, not just because they're targeting S&N proteins but also because of the strength of the CD8 and CD4 T cell responses.

As this article from today's Times shows, with Pfizer raising prices for boosters in response to demand, we need alternatives to the Pfizer/Moderna boosters as quickly as possible.

There was quite a bit of news during Q2, including the announcement of the proposed acquisition of Chiasma and news around the submission of the NDA for AP101 to the FDA. 13f SEC filings for Q2 are due in a few days - will be interesting to see any changes in institutional holdings during the period.

That original conference was due to be held in 2020 and was postponed until March 2022. As the abstracts would need to have been submitted well in advance of the original conference and of course had to contain previously unpublished research, then I guess at the time Modi2 would have fitted the bill.

I don't think so, this is taken from the transaction overview section of the RNS announcing the planned acquisition:-

'Chiasma’s existing royalty interest financing agreement expected to be fully repaid on closing delivering a high margin unencumbered asset to Amryt’s portfolio'

- the key words being 'unencumbered asset'. HRP couldn't still expect royalties if all finance had been repaid.
