Hi troubles the point is we have enough young people in this country to cover all our work needs from management to sweeping the roads,the government and papers keep on saying we need the foreign labour to do the jobs our own people don’t want to,so why not point them in the right direction and tell them to get on with it you never know they might enjoy it.I am as guilty as the next parent my youngest I tried to guide him into the construction industry with softly softly approach and now he has waisted a year doing a coarse that’s going to be no good to him and he wants to get back into construction so we will have to now try to sort an apprenticeship which will take time,but hey ho at least he has realised before he’s in to deep!

Hi pickles it’s amazing that British papers and politicians still thinks that we are the only country with labour shortages.I have a daughter still lives in Germany and visit often they are and have been crying out for tradesmen for years.Like us they have a generation of babies who don’t like hard work ,so if and when the recession comes in Britain don’t worry about brexit I know of work in Germany,France,Canada and Australia take your pick .Untill us parents and teachers stop being soft on our kids and point them in the right direction even if they don’t like what they hear ‘get out and get a job you lazy gits ‘ and your not sitting on your arse waiting for management job lol bless them.

Hello graham I think what lamtree is saying in the 90s recession all the building contractors got treated like shit , they would make any excuse to hold payment not just tw all of them. Germany was a big saviour to many of us ,our houses were being repossessed like they were going out of fashion.Interest going through the roof that’s why us builders lost compassion for the country we got shit canned big time.We all now look after no1 but we will all do well here long term .gla

Hello Tom I wouldn’t worry to much this is just a shortfall let me tell you some good news on the site we have just started 33 sold plots and not one roofed in so good days ahead

It’s no problem they are now offering us £50 +measure to come in on Saturdays no takers yet will be soon and come spring it will all look rosy again gla

I think interest rates going up expected ,personally I’m a bricklayer for the house builders and over the last three months my production and earnings have been down by 20% ,due to bad weather so I would imagine quarterly turnover should be down.So I think that maybe the reason for the share price is what it is. Just my opinion

That’s good to tell you the truth I think the whole concept of this is the way most businesses go.with trackers and video meetings etc.But it is all down to the marketing and I thought they had it with mt he sold it to me.

Hello Jim could this not be classed as fraud all the deception lying about having licenses which were sold to two other companies before he admitted he had lost it surely he must be liable for something?

So many questions and no answers when he gave one interview he was wrothing at the mouth saying bos was tapping into an industry worth trillions now what also didn't somebody point out these patients are not worth the paper they are written on so he only needs the sales side surely or am I missing something
