Last time Monecor took a wodge of shares it transpired it was a load of PI's.... I recall the RNS discussion we had back then.

I'm NOT impressed.
I am relieved that the placing isn't at a discount, but it dilutes us further and reduces our SP opportunity. Now there's a whopping 35M share overhang at 5p and we'll never get where we hoped because the 10% ers will be dipping in and out until the end of 2025 at this rate.
If DC is so convinced we're profitable and going to make more than our market cap why keep doing this to us? Surely at some point "jam tomorrow" converts into some cash inflow so we can actually pay our own way?????

This board and the OBC board (related) are reasonable, but some are toxic.
Whenever and wherever you give Mr Anonymous a keyboard and a platform the same will occur.

and here we go with a whopping £17k of purchases drives a 16% rise in price. The 13% drop was on a net £6k of sells.

All you can conclude from this activity is that the free float is tiny here - the smallest sell or buy moves this SP like crazy.

My comment came before European war broke out, which is kind of forgivable, and our thoughts should be with the people of Ukraine.
All shares are testing fear lows and if the fear low has taken this to 4.65p instead of 5p before the streaming announcement then I'll take that.

100% agreed. This BB features a lot more research and intelligent debate than any other on LSE as far as I'm concerned.
The senseless ramping I see everywhere else consists of comments like "to the moon" and "multibagger" and that kind of cheap post doesn't feature here.
This company has hard cash fundamentals, with RNS data to back up the calculations.
DYOR here - and educate us if we're wrong before accusing anyone of ramping - and have a great weekend.

RNS to confirm. Solid stream of good news, seemingly wasted in a week where the war jitters are wrecking everything - traders dumping everywhere.
This share will come back bigtime when the coast is clear - the fundamentals and confirmed revenue streams are game changers.

It shows no insider treading in the last 3 months, but obviously Alice (FAB) sold a load and that's been missed.
If they added in FAB's dealings it would look even worse and their conclusions might be different.....
