MB10 - they may already have held 3 million - the latest transaction takes them to 19M.
It is really good news that we can see who has the shares and they are named - I'm much happier to see this.

182,526,006 the new total shares in issue.
Back pre COVID when the share price was 50p I believe this was 70,000,000 shares (roughly), so like for like to get back to the market cap of those days the SP would go back to 19p. A stark reminder of the level of dilution we've had to endure because of COVID etc.
I do hope if the latest issue WAS just to one institutional investor that they are named in a TR1 and it's not held as a shell under Monecor and reported as them. That caused a bit of confusion with the last Monecor placing.

PS - it was 1,775,000 shares!!

Prolee - I just saw Chamberlin going up...... TB now owns nearly 27% of that company.
I wouldn't be surprised if the link with TB is part of the BRH plan..... stranger things have happened!!!

Whatever we think about the dilutions and how well DC runs this thing, I still believe that LVCG has great potential to make us all money, which is why we are here - I'm a big fan of the business model and especially post COVID.
I guess I'm concerned that what we gain will be diluted and weakened by the way this is being done. I absolutely want to stand corrected if DC gets this thing to 20p+ in 2022. I'll do any amount of apologising if my mortgage is paid off :-)

Fair comment MB10,
but equally DC hasn't yet made a brass farthing so it's too soon to describe him and needing congratulation. Indeed we can't say the company has performed tremendously over the last 9 months.
I believe the truth is often somewhere in the middle once you've heard both sides ;-)

A lot of what RB says is valid IMO. We may have the prospect of a great return in the future - we all hope so and believe - but the past should be learned from. DC is not above criticism or reproach: I'm unhappy with the continued dilution to fund the next shiny thing too.
I have said before that it's time to bring this business model to maturity and realise the potential for all of us.
The SP we see in the coming weeks will be a factor of both long term prospects but also what current holders see as a good profit to take.

The past is done, but there's always a risk of the same mistakes being made in future, giving tweets on Sepsis etc too much weight. Best to learn the lessons now.

You have to temper like for like to account for the greater number of shares in issue now compared to then - but I agree with the principle.
We're well into the 5/6p corridor now, so lets see what the appetite is for profit taking.....

The first one I think is OK - he may be right from a science perspective that the test works, that doesn't make it a commercial success. To assume the latter just because of the former would be an error on our part. That's where TB failed.
The second one I agree with you - that's naughty. It does suggest the test is going to be used.

I've noticed his political posts too Armagedon - but if there's one you think has crossed the line it would be good for you to share it so we can judge.
All the ones I saw were very vague or intriguing about the quality of the test but were translated by some PI's as guarantees of commercial success, which I don't believe they ever were.

I understand the enthusiasm Earl - I think everybody on this BB agrees that we're well undervalued longer term and as soon as KPOP actually happens and the cash rolls in then the market should wake up.
However, in the mean time the challenge is to get the word beyond just the converted LTH's here!
I would also remind you that right now DC is still issuing shares to pay the bills - with some 34M shares issued at 5p there's profit on the table right now for those holders.... that's going to encourage churn for a while.
Patience will be key.

I feel I have to defend the Prof here just a little bit - I think he's been very careful NOT to overstep any legal lines - he's been over enthusiastic but not said anything committal that is a lie.
The issue has been how his tweets have been interpreted by many here and how much he's enjoyed the attention.
