Private Ryan made the observation it was a financial instrument, not shares. This may suggest they had a very short term security (possibly to support cash transfers for KPOP Flex?) which has now elapsed.
Just a best guess, would appreciate any clarity myself!

Nothing there about the disastrous purchase of Autins that some of the cash was used for instead... or indeed how that investment is repaying us, the long suffering PI's

I hold out some hope for Phasefocus too - that is the key to getting either a better SP after year end or possibly another sale dividend. It's the last bastion for me holding this share!
Paraytec - you know my views and the last RNS bears me out.
Of course if the company make the same stupid/deliberate mistake of selling an investment, returning all the cash to shareholders but then place cheaply to fund the next investment then the joy will be short-lived. Bit like 2021.
I am watching for the right moment to get the hell out of dodge, but I do believe that time will come in the next couple of months. TB buying is in itself a signal.

It's a lovely dream acaciatan. Sadly in the real world a huge gap up needs a catalyst and right now there is no catalyst.
Allowing another 38% dilution to "Anon" at XXX price for "****" investment won't help, we'll have seen well over 50% dilution inside 12 months, which means getting a price back to half what it was pre and post "special dividend" would be a result.
Sadly pre and post "special dividend" the price was below 20p......

I am genuinely thinking the same Halma.
For this "Regulator UK" to come and post this kind of corporate bootlicking carp on here requires either a brass neck or skin in the game inside BRH.
NOBODY with more than 2 brain cells to rub together would want this particular board to issue shares as they please to whom they please at a price they please - unless they stand to personally benefit. That would mean being on the inside.

and not everyone needs insulting because you happen to be on a "free ride".
We are entitled to make a point that director behaviour matters.

Heads up: at 09:50 they published a "bad price" for 1 second and triggered stop losses. If you're with CMC and have a stop loss position it's worth checking. Mine triggered at 70p although they have assured me they will correct this error.

Apart from the fact the last RNS admitted that won't be happening for the foreseeable future and there's absolutely no reality behind an SP target of £1.40 and beyond.....

I was encouraged we only stayed in the 5-6p channel for a month and a half.
It's good to pass milestones and if the volume stays high we have momentum.
The acid test for many (the trigger for belief) will come with real income now and not jam tomorrow. As of today LVCG still make a loss, income streams are coming over the hill.....

I would rather they announced another event AFTER the world sees what this one looks like. That way we don't need yet another throwaway placing to fund it because we should have some concrete income by then.
IF Frankfurt is as good as we hope it will give a second event real momentum and the market will pay more attention.

You're right Tinitin - some of us know we're crap traders and will hold long term.
However, did you or I get to help ourselves at the 5p placing? I reckon many who did will be turning profit - it's their model and who can blame them - that's the game.

absolutely right - what this needs (and it's been said before) is solid news, with real £££ attached. Then we know what we own.

People who bought for 5 sell for 7 to people who will sell at 10p who will sell to people who want 15p who sell to people who think it will be 20......

and yet people are selling now Tintin - for less than 10p
Why is that? Can't all be mad.
Simple answer - millions of shares were procured at 5p in the last 6 months - why not take some profit? That's why we've been discussing churn for the last 2 months....

We need to see if the placing churn is over. When a price moves without a trigger it can reverse just as quick.
We all want this to get to the promised land, but slow and steady is more sustainable. 10p before May still very much on the cards and who know what price after..... ;-)
