No. I would suggest you do alot more due diligence before you put this large investment in.
The diamond JV with ZCDC was meant to be signed last year however it didnt come to frutition then in March they recieved word from the Zimb MoM that the internal disputes between the ZCDC and community were close to getting resolved but alas it was delayed again due to COVID. People have been waiting for it to be signed since summer last year when it was first announced.

While I agree, even for long term holders the LOI is an important piece of the puzzle that needs to be in place before anything else can carry on moving. Without the LOI we are a company with a resource that no one wants and no money to mine it, aka nothing.

Hard to tell, its apparently been NT to buy most of the day which would support them being buys while they were filled but they also didnt shift the SP at all when they came through. Their printed times put them in the sell catergory close to the sell end of the mid point (hence them printed as sells) but buys went through at 16.1+ around the same time so would have thought for such large buys they would have been paying a premium. Very hard to tell. Anyone else want to weigh in?
