Rockhead my first thoughts for SXX tbm was for Jules Vernes contraption in Journey to the centre of the Earth but Google didn’t give a name. I was horrified by the number of young people at work who said”Jules who?????? Good job I finish for ever on the 5th of April. I despair.

Now has SXX in its top ten shares for a 2019/20 isa. I’ll take that.:-)

Show as sold on Friday but my 10000 bought at the low price don’t show. How strange. In addition, I now have people complaining to me at work that they struggle to buy them in significant amounts. Aah well, They were told.:-)

Nice one. Both will be worth seeing. Once I finish work in 3 weeks I’ll try to do some visiting myself. I just managed to buy another 3500 in SGZ. I had to work backwards from 5000 before it bit and made the offer at 35.5. Happy days.

Seiving out the good from the waffle I reckon mid to late 2021 for first polyhalite and 2023 for anything meaningful if all carries on as now. Lots of nervous pis in now. All the old guard are in for the long haul as am I. I reckon about 80% certain at the moment but within the next 6 weeks we are promised (again) finance will be in place. Probably be some dilution but I’ll take that to make it 100% certain. Progress is actually astonishing. The drone shots on the websit3 are excellent. I wish the news was sooner as I retire on the 5th April and I’m having the p1ss taken at work about how fast I’m shovelling money into holes in Scotland and Yorkshire and At least I could hit back. ;-)

After a day catching up on the sxx board I just came on here for a late evening calmer whilst having a dram or 3. The sgz board has a calming effect. (May be the Balvenie though?)

Sl, I wouldn’t normally reply to any of your posts as I am just an old guy that’s bought into what I consider to be a local business, however, I’m extremely patient but reading your continual posts about finance have worn me out. In all honesty I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer but even I can see there is an element of risk..WE ALL CAN. Most of us are in it for the long haul. You’re like a wasp buzzing round and winding people up. It’s not constructive. Even I understand dilution and how it potentially MAY affect us. Please leave it.

Vin, correct! The shorters are killing it for genuine investors hold a share in a worthwhile company. Pathetic state of affairs.

Andychap, I hope I’m wrong( still down 24k) but my feeling is a good start finishing level.

A bit tongue in cheek but it does seem to foolow that path. It’s still a shorters share. Let’s hope they crack on with the due diligence and get the finance posted out here for all to see.

Allwe are waiting for is the concrete segment plant and we’re off. Well.........when the first couple of hundred have cured for 3 weeks.

It follows the usual path the sp will drop before close now the euphoria of a rise is wearing off.;-)

Aaaah, contractors. ‘Tis the nature of the beast.;-). Some are ok, but not many. Most are just there for the cash.

All companies will say that. Evidence is sadly lacking.....however, we all know it happens. :-)
