I heard from a” friend of a friend” yesterday who lives up that way, that it’s the segment curing period thats holding up the tbm. Allegedly they have another few days to stand curing before they can be used to line the tunnel. Once that’s passed then the tbm will begin. This week sometime perhaps?

Well I just bought again at 20p. Absolute bargain when you cosider the progress. The risk is still there but reducing daily. GLA

Stanley 67, I honestly think I was overwhelmed by it. The sheer size and power is stunning. I still find it almost impossible to comprehend that it will “chew” through rock at what I see as a stunning rate. Unbelievable but extremely impressive!

Imagine if flybe owned the only aircraft in the world and Debenhams was the only place you could buy clothes..... Puts it in perspective. Very few places to buy polyhalite. :-)

Hi rockhead. Just posted on SXX. I feel for Chris Frazer. He looks exhausted on the youtube vid. I hope everyone appreciates what he’s going through. Although I chase the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow( and at Cononish) I would throw it all in for my health. I genuinely hope he gets through it all. Remuneration can’t compensate for health. The tunnel looks ready to kick off and I’m waiting to see the borer dissapear for 18 months.

Chris Frazer looks as though he is absolutely shattered. He looks about 2 stones lighter than when he started with this project. I know he will be well rewarded financially but, by the end of it he will be just about done for. I genuinely feel for him. Having just retired after 46 years at work I can imagine how he feels....and his role has much more pressure than mine did. I doff my hat to him.

I’ve gone for 20 m. Per day and allowed a little bit for breadowns and such. Good for a laugh. New machine may have a few gremlins.
